NCB granted 4 days remand of Showik n Samuel, Rhea may be summoned but when still not known
After the arrest of Rhea’s brother Showik Chakravorthy and SSR’s house manager Samuel Miranda yesterday evening by the NCB sleuths, two more drug peddlers were arrested with the total arrests in SSR’s case associated with the drug’s angle going to be probably seven.
Meanwhile all the four accused including Showik n Samuel have been produced in the Mumbai court today by the NCB seeking their remand for another four days. The Quila court has given the remand as requested by NCB for four days . Now Showik.n Samuel will be in the NCB’s remand till ,9th September.
Both Showik and Samuel have been brought by NCB to their Mumbai office where they will be further questioned in depth and also made to sit in front of all the arrested drug peddlers to substantiate the accusations of drugs deal against Showik n Samuel who had allegedly bought marijuana from the drug peddlers n paid money via credit card.
According to the media reports the arrested drug peddlers have agreed to the NCB about both of them being directly involved in the alleged drugs deal with them, especially those two arrested yesterday evening.
There is every possibility of Rhea Chakraborty being summoned by the NCB for in-depth interrogation after the seven arrests in this case so far, pertaining to certaint clarifications regarding her involvement asking Showik to arrange drugs through these peddlers as allegedly told by Showik n Samuel in their interrogations to NCB earlier.
However, one Deepesh SAWANT is also being interrogated right now by the NCB where Showik n Samuel will also be made to sit n corroborate their statements.
Meanwhile, latest media reports say that the CBI has again called the forensic team of AIIMS to inspect the premises of actor Sushant Singh Rajput who committed suicide on 14 th June in his Bandra house.
The AIIMS team of forensic experts lead by Dr. Gupta have already reached SSR’s house to conduct their necessary examination of the suicide spot with SSR’s sister is also accompanying them.
There are possibility of of Rhea being interrogated tomorrow after sending her the summons. However, the NCB officer said that they will inform about the date as and when it formally fructifies.
