Journalist turned saint Dr. Madhav Kant Mishra aka Mahamandleshwar Martandpuri is no more

Mahamandleshwar Swamy Martandpuri ( Madhav Kant Mishra) is no more. He breathed his at the age of 74 in Delhi. He will be cremated at Punjabi Bagh crematorium this afternoon. It is believed that he was suffering from Corona n was diabetic also. A towering personality Madhav Kant Mishra aka Mahamandleshwar Martand Puri was a journalist turned Saint who was sworn in as Mahamandleshwar at Allahabad Maha kumbh several years ago. He was primarily associated with journalism for more than four decades having been associated as chief editor , editor n CEO in the print media n several spiritual electronics channels viz Vishwamanav Hindi daily, Sadhna channel, Surya India Magazine owned by Menaka Gandhi, n several other newspapers n channels.

A charming personality, humorous in nature n a learned Saint with tremendous experience in journalism Martandpuriji was also bestowed with hony doctorate by Shobhit University and was also associated with several institutions having travelled extensively in several countries of the world and felicitated with umpteen honours n awards. Hailing from a Maithili Brahmin family Madhavi Kant Mishra aka Mahamandleshwar Martand Puri was born in 1947 who remained quite active till attaining 74 years of age finally succumbing to deadly Corona.
