While Bihar’s victory establishes that Modi charisma is still intact, a new powerful Tejasvi Yadav also emerges in Bihar

The Bihar election results which brought BJP- JDU combine victorious for the fourth time with the saffron party scoring the maximum number of seats followed by RJD – Congress n Left combine known as a grand alliance, has though given the prime minister Narendra Modi full marks unambiguously indicating that his undisputed charisma still exists at the pan India level, compounded with the BJP’s victory in a single Bihar by-election MP seat n on maximum seats in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat n other states byelections as well, – it has also established that an avid cricketer, turned ninth fail Laloo Rabri family scion has emerged as the most powerful leader of Bihar definitely to be the chief minister during the next assembly elections after five years.

The way intelligent and politically sharp, dashing, dynamic and eloquent young leader of RJD, thirty one year old Tejasvi Yadav has established himself as an impressive leader in a short span of his political career (despite his father being in jail on corruption charges), with maximum seats being the single largest party leader of RJD n Mahagathbandhan becoming a strong opposition leader of Bihar despite prime minister Narendra Modi and his cavalcade of several central ministers and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar n his JDU ministers n leaders holding hundreds of rallies making him the sole target of their entire campaign is something never ever seen and heard of in the history of political elections.

While prime minister Narendra Modi’s charisma has by this victory, enhancing the BJP tally to near double of JD U numbers in Bihar established the undeniable fact that his leadership still bears the capacity to impress voters nationally despite ruling as PM for the last seven years, – there is also no denying the fact that the Bihar election has created a new shining political star to lead Bihar in future completely eroding the political influence of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar snatching from him the support of Muslims and backwards including the younger generation for ever and also badly downsizing young Chirag Paswan who can’t get a single seat despite his undisputed Dalit leader father having died recently.

While despite being the single biggest party in Bihar, RJD leader Tejasvi couldn’t fulfil his dreams to be the CM the poll results of Bihar has also been a huge setback for Congress party whose leader Rahul Gandhi had campaigned there extensively but couldn’t make his presence felt with Congress getting merely 19 seats. However, the left party combine have proved to be quite a good bet who’ve secure 18 seats almost at par to a national party Congress. The Owaisi’s party too had given shock to many, especially to those who’d been accusing it as BJP’s stooge in the game plan to defeat Mahagathbandhan. It has won five seats in Bihar.

Now, Nitish Kumar would be the fourth time chief minister of Bihar with BJP’s majority support in view of the prime minister Narendra Modi’s pre election public assurance but it remains to be seen as to how long the saffron party with its near double majority of the chief minister’s party JDU, continue to tolerate him in future.

Would the BJP tolerate a minority chief minister who would be at the helm of affairs of Bihar because n despite of their majority is a moot question.

However, they will have to tolerate him as a CM despite his party JDU, holding less numbers as compared to them ( BJP). Despite all this, in politics nothing is static and Nitish if not allowed to continued as CM by the BJP as it’s believed that some over ambitious saffron party leaders in Bihar or centre want the BJP to have its own CM n if it really happens in future there is every possibility of Nitish changing sides and oblige another Yadav by either making him the CM or continuing himself at the helm in order to keep his one time ardent political foe, BJP at bay. But these are mere assumptions and for now, futile to even think of this unpredictable development in the future. However, nothing is impossible in politics ?

It may be recalled that in Bihar elections 2020, of the total 243 seats, 125 have been bagged by the ruling coalition headed by chief minister Nitish Kumar and 110 to rival Grand Alliance. The Rashtriya Janata Dal emerged as the single-largest party in the House with 75 seats whereas the Lok Janashakti Party a huge sufferer. However, the Owaisi’s party surprised all by winning five seats and CPI( ML) CPM n CPI in all 18 seats who are a part of the grand alliance.
