Uttarakhand’s tally of Covid 19 cases reaches to 11940 cases though recovery rate is 62%

There is incessant surge in the Covid 19 cases in Uttarakhand in the range of three hundred to 450 Covid 19 cases with detecting 325 infected cases today enabling the state reach its tally to 11940 cases with 151 pandemic fatalities. The recovery rate in Uttarakhand has been to 65.16% i.e. recovery of total 7748 of Covid 19 patients, leaving 3997 active cases. What’s important here is despite the good recovery rate with merely 4000 cases lying pending the surge on daily basis is on with total cases having reached nearly 12000 numbers. Moreover the Covid 19 testings compared to other states is quite low in the state which is geographically quite stretched n not reacheable easily resulting in low detection of cases compared to other states. Among the Covid 19 cases, maximum are from the densely populated towns n cities, compared to the rural areas where Covid spread is quite less n controlled.

According to the latest health bulletin Haridwar has the maximum Covid 19 infections with 2678 cases followed by Dehradun 2272 and thereafter Udham Singh Nagar with 2176 cases.

Nainital has 1724 vases. Rudraprayag district has the lowest number of cases with 112 infections till yet followed by Chamoli with 155 detections.
