Uttarakhand CM praises PM Modi for enhancing govt budget 5 times on SC children’s education

The Uttarakhand chief minister expressed his gratitude to the prime minister Narendra Modi for allocating five time more budget every year for the education of the children of scheduled caste community of the country.

However, there seems to be some resentment and disenchantment in the social media on a tweet of the Uttarakhand chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat thanking the prime minister Narendra Modi for allocating five times more education budget than the previous budget allocation for the children of the scheduled caste community every year.

In his tweet the Uttarakhand chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat extended his gratitude to the prime minister Narendra Modi tweeting: The central government has formally taken a decision to spend five times more budget for the education of the children of the scheduled caste community.

Under this scheme more than Rs 59000 crores will be spent during the last five years. My gratitude to the prime minister Narendra Modiji for this public welfare scheme tweeted Trivendra Singh Rawat.

There have been series of response to the Uttarakhand CM’s tweet, majority of them being from Uttarakhand, some accusing the saffron party of following the Congress example to bag votes of the economic weaker sections on caste lines to become AMAR or invincible, while some said that the taxpayers money should undoubtedly be utilised for uplifting the backward and poor classes but not on caste lines but on the basis of weak economic criteria.

A strong proponent of UK 1 organisation working hard for the welfare and wellbeing of its inhabitants demanding job to at least a single person of every family of Uttarakhand on Sikkim government’s pattern including other demands on land ceiling and domicile etc Sobfity Gairola wrote : Rawatji I am deadly against this. Where will the children of other communities go. Our constitution is trapped in castiesm . I strongly oppose it. If you at all want to help the poor , include the children of a the classes, especially those hailing from the economically deprived sections. She further replied to CM’s tweet : If our governments will work on the basis of castiesm then what would we expect from others , wrote Sobfity Gairola.

One Mukesh Sharma welcomed the decision of the union government by responding : The decision of the central government is welcome. The future of scheduled caste children will improve but he questioned : What plan did Manji Modi make for general class and what had he thought of going forward wrote Mr. Sharma.

Another twittereti namely Vikas Bhatt while blaming all political parties wrote: All the political parties are similar. They talk of thousands of crores but at the ground level there is literally no improvement. These parties only eye on vote bank and take illegal decisions for bagging votes.

One Lalit Kothari in his reply to chief minister T S Rawat’s tweet wrote : Why only for the children of scheduled caste community? Why not for the children of all communities. When the central govt will behave like this then what would you expect from the bureaucrats and other people. If it is not called the Jankalyankaari Yojna( Public Welfare Scheme) it would be in the fitness of things. Jai Uttarakhand Jai Pahaad.

One BP Uniyal responded, writing : Chief minister Sir, please take the cognizance of the children of the forward castes as well.

The children of some forward caste families are constrained to wash utensils in hotels for not getting education. In Uttarakhand if there are schools, there are no teachers n if there are teachers they are busy on mobiles. There are some teachers who are illeterates said Uniyal.

NS Gusain reacting to the CM’s tweet responded, writing: Had there been industries in Uttarakhand, people would have got employment. BJP too is considering itself as invincible as the Congress.

When it will not get votes, they will realise then. The poor are in all castes. Will you get the country looted for the SC wrote disenchanted Gusain ?

Another twittereti Dr. VP Singh replied : Respected Chief minister is requested to follow the union government and again add the clause 60 E, chapter 11A of giving financial aids to aided colleges of Uttarakhand in the Uttarakhand University ordinance. This decision if taken will provide succour to thousands of teachers, college employees, their career and income etc wrote Dr. VP Singh.
