Two BJP leaders die in a tragic accident near Pipalkoti in Garhwal

Two leaders of Bhartiya Janata Party namely Mohal Lal Thapliyal, former chairman of Badrinath Kedarnath Temple committee, state minister rank and president of the Joshimath Block n district Chamoli BJP and the district president of BJP OBC cell Kuldeep Chouhan have met their sad end in a severe car accident near Pipalkoti, in Garhwal Uttarakhand today.

Both the leaders Thapliyal and Chouhan were going towards their home in Joshimath after attending the meeting of MANDAL PRASHIKSHAN VARG IN KARNAPRAYAG, GARHWAL when all of a sudden the speeding car fell into a deep gorge resulting in their on the spot death.

Their untimely sudden demise in a car accident have sent shock waves in Uttarakhand across political spectrum, especially in the ruling party government n political circles with the chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, union minister of education Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, MP from Almora n former union textile minister Ajay Tamta, Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni, Agriculture minister of Uttarakhand Subodh Uniyal, MLA Mahendra Bhatt, Karnaprayag MLA, Surendra Singh Negi, lawmaker from Tharali Munni Devi Shah and president of Bahuguna Vichar Manch Harish Pujari expressing their shock and anguish terming them as dedicated n committed pro people leaders and their tragic death as personel loss.

Mohan Lal Thapliyal was very close to the former UP CM n union minister late Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna hailing from Tapowan, Chamoli Garhwal.

There are spate of condolence messages pouring in from various leaders n workers of BJP and from other political parties as well after hearing about the tragic death of both the popular leaders of BJP in a severe car accident near Pipalkoti, Garhwal Uttarakhand. OM Shanti.
