Three veteran leaders admitted in hospitals for health complications during national lockdown

The former prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh Yadav and former Chattisgarh CM and retired IAS Ajit Jogi had been admitted in Delhi’s AIIMS, Lucknow and Chattisgarh hospitals yesterday. While the condition of Ajit Jogi is extremely serious and critical due to his being in coma and on ventilator, the former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh is reported to be in stable condition in the Cardio thoracic ward in AIIMS admitted yesterday due to chest congestion and cardiac pain. The former prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh is 87 years old while Mulayam Singh is 80 years old. The Chattisgarh CM who’s in Coma stage and in ventilator is 74 years old. 87 year old Dr. Manmohan Singh who was operated for heart complications in 2009 thus undergoing a successful heart surgery was admitted in the cardiac thoracic center in AIIMS yesterday after he complained of chest congestion and subsequent pain. Sources reveal that Dr. SINGH also had some fever and is currently under observation of senior cardiologists.

As per the latest news, former PM Dr. SINGH is stable and is being thoroughly investigated to rule out the causes of fever. There was a possibility of Dr. Singh developing fever and uneasiness in the chest / heart due to reaction of a new medication. Prime minister of India from 2004 to 2014 for a decade and Rajya Sabha member from Assam, Dr. Manmohan Singh was earlier the governor of Reserve Bank of India. Good number of senior leaders of various political parties have send him good wishes for his expeditious recovery.

The former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh Yadav who is now back home this morning, was admitted in Lucknow Medanta Hospital with acute pain in the stomach. His son and former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav was with him. He was released from hospital on Monday , today at 6 PM after conducting the Colonoscopy. Mr. Mulayam Singh was admitted for the second time in Medanta, Lucknow on Sunday after he suffered from dysentery and acute stomach ache. His family members were in the hospital with him including his son Akhilesh Yadav. Mulayam Singh Yadav got relief after the conduction of the colonoscopy. However, the condition of former Chattisgarh CM is reported to be extremely serious.

Seventy four year old Ajit Jogi’s condition is reported to be serious and critical as his brain is not functioning and is in ventilator in Narayana hospital. While his heart condition is alright due to control of blood pressure with drugs, the non suppy of oxygen in his brain has led to serious complications in his brain called Hypoxia. The former Chattisgarh CM Ajit Jogi is in ventilator machine and his supporters and leaders across party lines are praying for his speedy recovery.
