Three die in an accident n two injured while their car hit the tree, heading for Rishikesh

There is no dearth of anguishing news these days some due to corona and some due to tragic accidents.

While five passengers had died today in Agra Yamuna Expressway in an accident with a heavy container truck immolating them with nobody having come to their rescue despite the screams for help, in Rishikesh an tragic accident resulted in three on the spot deaths and two grievous injuries.

In the above tragic incident, the truck driver was coming on the wrong side from the opposite direction on Yamuna Expressway killing five on the spot in Rishikesh, the car being occupied by five friends from Roorkie, heading for Rishikesh from Haridwar was directly hit by a tree, injuring two severely and killing three on the spot.

According to the latest news the five friends all belonging to Roorkie were coming in a car from Haridwar to Rishikesh to celebrate after the marriage function.

The details of the intricacies were not known but it was reported that the speeding car hit a tree in which a driver n another occupant of the front seats could save themselves though injured, due to the car balloon which saved them.

The rest three sitting in the back seat succumbed to the grievous injuries. All the occupants were in the age group of 25 to 35 years.
