Television actor Sameer dies by hanging to ceiling fan in Mumbai

After the two alleged suspected suicidal deaths of Disha Salian, former secretary to Bollywood actor Sushant Singh and the rising star Sushant, one more anguishing news about the suicidal death by hanging to the ceiling fan have been reported in Mumbai.

According to the latest news a talented television actor who’d worked in popular serials viz Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, Rishte Hain Pyar Ke and Kyonki Saas Bhi Kabhi bahu thee etc had committed suicide in his Malad suburban house by hanging from the ceiling fan, leaving no suicide note behind but of course posting an emotional poem on Instagram, the first paragraph of which says: I built my pyre n slept on it and with my fire, it was lit : The news of suicide of television 44 year television actor Sameer Sharma has created quite a sensitisation in Mumbai as in just two months period this would be a third suicidal death and all related to Mumbai Bollywood viz Disha Salian, Sushant Singh Rajput and Sameer Sharma. Sounds shocking.

Sameer committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan in the kitchen of his house at Neha Building in Chincholi Bunder locality in Malad( West). Sameer primarily belonged to Delhi who shifted to Bangalore after completing his education. He had worked for an advertising agency for an IT company n for Radio city in Bangalore. He later on shifted to Mumbai and made his television Debut in Dil Kya Chahata Hai n thereafter never looked back.

Meanwhile according to Mumbai police it may be an accidental death as no suicide note was found behind. The entire Bollywood is shocked to hear about Sameer’s suicidal death. The police has revealed that Sameer had died two days earlier. This is really worrisome n tragic to learn about such unnatural deaths in Mumbai related to Bollywood. Few days ago a young actor of Southern India was also reported.

It is believed that Sameer was not keeping good health for some time and was under treatment as well. During pandemic lockdown of six months there had been a complete lull in the Mumbai film industry leading to stoppage of shootings of films as well as television serials thus frustration erupting amongst actor’s especially the low paid ones with their house hold n other expenses climbing up multiply.

IF one goes through his emotional poem posted on Instagram, one easily arrive’s at a conclusion about his pessimism, with no hope being fulfilled finally turning into ashes.
