Eleven professors of various medical colleges of India and six teachers have been honoured on National Teachers Day with 36th Dr S Radha Krishnan Memorial National Teacher Awards -2020 commemorating the 133rd Birth anniversary of Former President of India late Dr S Radha Krishanan at Safdurjung Road, New Delhi by Union Minister of state Social Justice and empowerment Ramdas Athawale for their outstanding contribution in the field of Medical education.
According to the organiser and national general secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Swatantra Patrakaar avom Lekhakh Sangh union minister Athwale honoured Uday Raj Mishra and Mirza Mehtab Beg both teachers on this occassion.
However rest of the awardees were honored through vedio conferencing .
The function was organized by Akhil Bhartiya Swatantra Patrakar Avom Lekhak Sangh New Delhi an association of freelance journalist and writers Association of India. The following were the Medical teachers awardees –

Mr Daya Nand Vats organizer of this ceremony also felicitated the union minister Ramdas Athawale for his outstanding contribution in the field of Social Work especially for uplifting the people of the lowest ebb of the society during his socio political career spanning over four decades.
