His fans n well wishers in social media are very excited n jubilant extending their good wishes to their favourite star who’d shocked one and all in the month of August after the news about 61 year old Sanjay Dutt’s having been diagnosed with Lungs cancer stage 4 was revealed.
There were even news about his going abroad to Singapore or US for his urgent treatment.
According to the latest news quoting his close relative, Sanjay Dutt has responded extremely well to the treatment given to him during the last two months revealing that he has been almost cured or near recovery state for 4th stage Cancer of lungs sending good news to millions of his fans and the Bollywood fraternity in India as well as abroad.
There were even reports that his wife Manyata may reveal it to the media officially.
However there are no fresh tweets by Sanjay Dutt on his Twitter handle except the latest n last tweet posting his fresh pictures three days ago in Black T shirt and Khakhi trousers with a caption : Gearing up for Adheera! # KGF Chapter2.
It may be recalled that Sanjay Dutt was recently shown in and outside a salon in Mumbai with his favourite hair stylist Akim posting his n Sanjay Dutt’s vedio in a jubilant mood in Instagram revealing that he will soon fight out this dreaded disease in the near future, showing that the stylish hair cutting and trimmed beard done for the shooting of his movie etc.

Sanjay Dutt had after being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer undergone two chemotherapies in a Mumbai hospital and had also been to Dubai with wife Manyata to meet his twin children.
He had been back recently. The family member said that Sanjay Dutt had been to the hospital to get his reports on Monday and the results were extremely encouraging indicating about his fast recovery.
Kindly recall that the actor is gearing up for the shooting of KGF 2 in the month of November n dubbing of Shamsheera including many more projects.
According to the latest reports Sanjay Dutt’s Monday report of Positron Emission Tomography has shown positive results indicating his being cured of the stage four cancer.
