R S MP Anil Baluni allotted 35 Lodhi Estate Bungalow of Priyanka Gandhi likely to be vacated

The 35 Lodhi Estate high profile bungalow to be vacated by Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi on 1st July afterthe Urban Development ministry issued notice of vacation on a solid technical ground that after losing her SPG cover she is not entitled to retain this house has been allotted to the first time BJP Rajya Sabha MP and national convenor of media n IT cell of the saffron party Anil Baluni on medical grounds. Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni was suffering from cancer and has recuperated after having been admitted in Cancer hospital for several months. He requires tremendous medica care n precautions after his recent recovery and has there requested for a bigger accomodation on medical grounds with Lodhi garden just a walking distance from this bungalow. Anil Baluni is the first time Rajya Sabha MP anfd primarily hails from Garhwal Uttarakhand. He had been the OSD to Bihar governor Bhandari years’ ago and played a vital role as the chief of the BJP’s IT cell n media since 2014 in general elections. Sources reveal that Anil Baluni is waiting for Priyanka Gandhi to vacate this house in order to occupy this important bungalow.

Extremely active nationally especially in Uttar Pradesh Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi has been issued the eviction notice by the union Urban Development ministry to vacate the 35 Lodhi Estate bungalow by 1st July citing the technical reason of her non entitlement now as her SPG security has been withdrawn with CRPF Z plus security cover which is not entitled for the present lavish accomodation. Priyanka Gandhi had already deposited 3.26 lakh pending balance dues online against the rent of this bungalow. The monthly rent of this bungalow was Rs. 37000 per month. It was alloted to her in the year 1997. There are news reports that Priyanka has finally decided to live in Lucknow in the bungalow of her grand mother’s maternal Aunt Shiela Kaul who had been the governor of UP long time back. The facelift of this bungalow is going on in full swing.
