Priyanka Gandhi, Akhilesh and Mayawati demand high level enquiry into the encounter killing of Vikas Dubey n his alleged relations with high ups

The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force disclosed that the accident of the vehicle carrying the most wanted criminal Vikas Dubey near Kanpur happened due to the slippery road and the crowd of buffaloes n cows creating hurdle on the way. The driver of the vehicle carrying Vikas Yadav could’nt control n the accident occured.

Since the encounter killing of Vikas Dubey after he snatched the weapons from UP STF personels, there have been spate of demands for an impartial CBI or high level judicial inquiry by a retired supreme court judge, as the opposition leaders n political parties see a foul play into this encounter allegedly terming it as stage managed premeditated encounter in order to avoid an opening of the pandora’s box regarding dead criminal’s high connections with bureaucrats, police officials n leaders of different political parties, particularly the ruling one.

The Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Samajwadi Party leader n former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav and Bahujan Samajwadi Party’s chief Mayawati have demanded a high level impartial enquiry into this encounter killing of the most wanted criminal Vikas Dubey who had killed a state minister of UP Santosh Shukla earlier and was on bail who thereafter gunned down 8 policement at his village in Kanpur on June 3rd sending shock waves across the state and the country.

These leaders have openly accused the ruling party, its leaders, burocrats n senior police officers of openly shielding this most wanted criminal who had been operating for the last two decades committing murders, extortions n issuing threats.

Priyanka Gandhi even questioned the UP BJP government and its political CEO as to why the name of hardened criminal and murderer Vikas Dubey was not included in the list of the criminals of UP prepared by the police to get rid of them.

This clearly indicate the hand in glove relationship with the criminal added Priyanka in her tweet yesterday. She today released her vedio on her tweeter handle and demanded a high level inquiry by a retired Supreme Court judge to bring to the fore the facts behind the alleged encounter and the protection being given to this most wanted criminal n murderer.

A day ago Priyanka Gandhi has demanded the Central Bureau of Investigation enquiry into the whole episode including the patronage accorded to Vikas Dubey n exclusion of his name from the list of the hardened criminals prepared by the UP police under directions of the government. The BSP chief Mayawati too demanded a high level impartial inquiry into this episode.

According to the latest news reports , now different theories are appearing about the dreaded criminal, revealing that, he was travelling in two vehicles, first in the vehicle that met with an accident n later on in another one. The Aaj Tak correspondent covering the accident revealed this news. Secondly the media said that they had been stopped to cover this incident earlier.

Moreover it has been learnt that after arresting the most wanted criminal Vikas Dubey in Ujjain yesterday, his official arrest was allegedly not shown despite the fact that the MP Home minister and other senior police officials had on camera claimed that the MP police had arrested him yesterday.

It may be recalled that Vikas Dubey has been shot in his chest twice n in other body part before sucummbing to the Uttar Pradesh STF bullets, while four policemen were injured in the accident. This encounter killing reminds of the Hyderabad police encounter some months ago when some harderned criminals rapists n killers of an innocent girl were killed in an encounter when they tried to snatch the weapons from the police on the way.

It may be recalled that hardened criminal n murderer Vikas Dubey was wanted in the brutal gunning down of 8 policemen including a CEO in his village in Kanpur where they had gone to arrest him. About five of his close aides who fired on the policemen were also killed including his real brother.

After absconding from Kanpur since July 3rd Vikas Dubey was clandestinely taken to Ujjain by two advocates via Dholpur Rajasthan from Faridabad. Both the advocates were arrested from Ujjain yesterday. Shrewd Dubey who went to have God Mahakal’s obiesance managed his deliberate arrest by revealing his identity by taking out his mask in order to save himself from being encountered. When he was arrested he intentionaly in front of cameras shouted that he is Vikas Dubey of Kanpur thus playing a calculated trick to let the entire country know that he has been arrested n if anything wrong happens like his encounter killing, the police will be blamed.

Today , he was killed when he tried to snatch weapons from the UP STF when the vehicle he was travelling in met with an accident due to the hurdles creaded by the rush of number of buffaloes n cows said the news reports.
