CBI files charge sheet against culprits of Hathras case under section 354,376 A, 376 D and 302 of IPC and SC, ST Act

The Indian’s premier investigation agency CBI has finally, after over two months of its indepth probe into the most highlighted obnoxious n brutal gangrape and murder of a nineteen year old Dalit girl, filed its charge sheet against four rapists and murderers of Hathras who are already behind bars with their parents and relatives allegedly accusing the police of falsely implicating their wards into the mysterious rape and subsequent murder.

This horrendous gangrape cum murder of a nineteen year old girl of a Dalit family in Hathras allegedly committed in an agricultural field invited tremendous outrage nationally, with all the opposition leaders and political parties protesting tooth and nail reminding us of the most dastardly gangrape n brutal murder of a Delhi girl in 2012 in a moving bus in Vasant Vihar.

The Central Bureau of Investigation has very minutely and deeply investigated this case with the victim’s family members, the villagers, neighbours and the families of suspects including the culprits grilled n interrogated from all angles in its two months’ investigation, finally arriving at the conclusion of the girl having been gangraped and subsequently lynched by four culprits belonging to the so called upper castes.

The CBI has filed the charge sheet in the Hathras court where it is being processed.

It may be recalled that the nineteen year old Hathras girl was allegedly gangraped and grievously injured on September 14 and was admitted in a Hathras hospital initially. When her condition deteriorated further, she was shifted to Delhi Safdarjung hospital where she succumbed to her grievous injuries after a week’s treatment on 29th October.

The brave, severely injured girl in acute pain had however given her dying declaration in front of the magistrate/ police unambiguously accusing n naming those who had gangraped and injured her.

However, what shocked one and all was that a postmortem report had denied the gangrape of the victim leading to national protest and people raising a finger of suspicion.

Not only this, but the police had burnt her dead body at a secluded place without consulting or informing the victim’s family thus raising nationwide outrage.

The Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, hundreds of protesting workers including Lok Dal president Jayant Choudhary and his hundreds of followers n Lok Dal workers n Samajwadi Party n BSP leaders and workers viz Akhilesh Yadav n Mayavati, both former CM Uttar Pradesh etc have demanded a CBI probe into this horrendous gangrape and murder of a young Dalit girl with UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath ordering for a high level SIT probe to be headed by the UP home secretary and DGP n IGP as its members etc.

There had been several attempts to give this case a caste colour as well by allegedly twisting it as forward communities verses Dalits, but all in vain.

The UP police had also registered cases under several sections of IPC for violating prohibitory orders and pandemic act against the anti BJP opposition leaders and workers.

Meanwhile, according to a tweet of Anil Bhatnagar, Indian Express : In Hathras gangrape case, the CBI chargesheet has been filed under sections 354,376 A, 376 D and 302 of IPC and SC, ST act.

The charge sheet indicates that the victim was gang raped and murdered by the accused. Hathras court would preside over the trial @IndianExpress
