AIIMS Official probe into journalist Tarun’s tragic death to submit report by tomorrow morning

The union health minister Dr. Harshvardhan has ordered for an expeditious inquiry into the tragic death of a young journalist yesterday working for Dainik Bhaskar Hindi Daily. 38 year old Tarun Sisodia covering the health beat was admitted in All India Institute of Medical Sciences after having been detected with Covid 19.

He was also operated for brain tumor after an accident earlier say some news reports. Due to extreme frustration and deteriorating health due to Covid 19 and some mismanagement in the hospital who had also lost his job young journalist Tarun Sisodia committed suicide on Monday jumping from the 4th storey of AIIMS leaving behind his wife n two children. There is tremendous disenchantment in the entire journalists fraternity in Delhi who find this suicide of a young journalist a most unwated n unexpected tragedy thus requesting for a high level enquiry and payment of adequate financial compensation to the extremely distressed n traumatic family.

Union health minister Harsh Vardhan immediately reacted to the sad demise of Tarun Sisodia covering the health beat by ordering for a high level departmental enquiry in AIIMS to bring the real reasons to the fore that resulted in this mishappening. In three back to back tweets union health minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan after expressing his shock and condolences on the unexpected sad demise of journalist Tarun tweeted as below : Deeply shocked and saddened by the death of young hournalist Shri Tarun Sisodiaji. It was a most unfortunate incident. I have no words to express my grief. My condolence to his whole family , especially his wife and young children. May God give the strength to bear this irreperable loss.

While ordering a high level AIIMS Dr. Harvardhan tweeted: I have ordered the Director AIIMS to immediately constitute an official inquiry into this incident, following which a high level committee has been setup n shall submit its report within 48 hours.

The inquiry committee consists of Chief of neuro sciences centre Professor, Dr. Padma, Head of the psychiatry Deparment Prof. Dr. R. K. Chadda, Deputy Director Dr. Panda n head of Physical Medicine n Rehab Dr. U. Singh. While expressing his concern to the media community as well Dr. Harvardhan said: My deep condolenses to the media community that is shaken by the tragic loss of the esteemed colleague.

However, till now not a word has come about the financial compensation to this deceased’s traumatic family who are also in extreme financial distress due to the alleged loss of late Tarun’s job in Dainik Bhaskar who was covering extensively during the Covid 19 pandemic due to health being his basic beat.

Tarun deserves maximum financial cimpensation as he was a Corona Warrior covering health news risking his precious life n finally met the tragic end.
