After CBI’s naming Rhea n family in FIR n her being summoned by ED the investigation seems to be gearing up
After handing over the entire probe of suspected Sushant Singh suicide case to India’s premier investigating agency CBI on the request of the Bihar government on the plea of the late actor’s anguished father KK Singh it looks that a slow going case at snail’s pace seems to have gone ahead with just in a day or two the investigating agency having filed FIR against Sushant’s live in girl friend Rhea Chakraborty along with his brother, father and Shruti Modi n the actor’s manager thus raising optimism among the deceased actor’s fans and family who were earlier too demoralised.
Meanwhile the Enforcement Directorate too had summoned Rhea to its Mumbai office at 11.00 AM today for alleged detailed investigations especially about foreign exchange transactions etc.
A popular actor of Bollywood Sushant Singh Rajput with his enhancing fame due to several super hit movies having allegedly become the target of napotism in Bollywood as was being claimed earlier with vociferous actor’s like Kangana Ranaut coming to the rescue of his family by vociferously raising her voice had charged them with allegations of abetment to suicide or seeing some foul play in his suspected suicide.
Keeping in view the CBI’s investigations n subsequent lodging of FIR naming Rhea n her family and ED’s summon to Rhea Chakraborty makes one thing absolutely unambiguous that the Mumbai Police’s forty five day’s investigations have allegedly not reached to any conclusion till date except delaying the case as allegations were levelled against them by the Bihar police DGP Gupteshwar Pandey including forcibly putting an IPS officer of Bihar police in quarantine against his wishes who had gone to Mumbai for investigations in this vexed case.
Meanwhile as per the latest news the Bihar police have handed over their detailed investigation report to CBI after reaching Bihar back from Mumbai where they have not acknowledged any cooperation from Mumbai police and whatever investigations were carried out by the Bihar police were done on their own walking several kilometres on foot under scorching sun.
There are reports that the ED n CBI has allegedly started working on the bank accounts and the Income Tax Returns n detailed bank accounts of Rhea Chakraborty n her family members and are trying to peep in their annual incomes, sources of income and equating them with the detailed filed in the ITR.
There are also news about Rhea n her family having purchased two expensive properties in Mumbai one in Khar West etc. The agencies are trying to find as to from where this money has come from if it was not reflected in the ITR etc.
The investigating agencies are primarily acting on the basis of the FIR lodged in Patna by KK Singh, father of late actor n now taken over by the CBI. K K Singh had also named Sushant’s girl friend n her family of misusing the later actor and siphoning of a large amount from his bank account while he was alive and looking after total expenses of his Bandra Apartment etc.
There had allegedly been withdrawal’s of several crores of Rupees from Sushant’s account by Rhea and her brother, father etc as charges levelled by KK Singh who had also accused her of alleged complicity of Rhea in Sushant’s suicide.
The close relatives and family members including fans had been since beginning seeing a foul play in Sushant’s suicide demanding an impartial CBI enquiry but the state government had never given any heed to the request saying that the state police is fully competent to investigate this case.
Even the senior BJP leader Narayan Rane has allegedly accused the ruling party of shielding the actual culprits n terming Sushant n Disha Salian’s death not as suicides but murders.
He has also said about a minister having been allegedly involved in this imbroglio the news highlighted by various newspapers n TV news channels.
