A sensational news is doing the rounds of social media with a vedio going viral about a married woman allegedly complaining about a ruling party MLA from Dwarhat assembly constituency for having illicit relations with her for the last two years as per the complainant’s accusations, requesting for a DNA test as she is reported to be the mother of an infant from him.
On the other hand as per the news pouring in, the MLA’s wife has lodged an FIR with the police about the girl arbitrarily blackmailing her husband demanding Rs five crores levelling false, biased n fabricated charges to defame her husband.
The woman has been allegedly arrested by the concerned police of Nehru Nagar Police Chowki, Dehradun on the basis of the FIR lodged on the complaint of the ruling party MLA’s wife Shrimati Rita Negi accusing her of blackmailing demanding Rs. 5 crores lest she would get her husband (lawmaker) from Dwarhat involved in false n fabricated charges of having sexually assaulted her for the last two years under threat n pressure including getting her son physically harmed etc.
While the news has created quite a sensation in the ruling n opposition political corridors of the state, the girl has reservations of her not being allowed to talk to the media.
According to her hand written complaint to the Panchayat President/ Chairman of district Almora, Uttarakhand, the complainant girl had allegedly openly accused the lawmaker of Dwarhat, Uttarakhand of having illicit relations with her under duress n pressure for the last two years as a result of which she has allegedly given birth to a child.
EMPHASISING FOR THE DNA test the woman added that she is receiving repeated threats as a result and is badly fearful. On 14 th August some policemen from the Nehru Nagar Police Post came to my house and forcibly took me under the pretext of getting my Corona test said she. She added that on reaching the police Chowki she was told about the false case registered against her in the complaint of the wife of the MLA.
She expressed her apprehensions of threat from the MLA to her family n the baby. She requested the police to get an advocate for her in order to get early justice in the matter says her complaint.
The first time MLA from Dwarhat is quite popular in his constituency carrying a good reputation reveal sources. This constituency was earlier represented by the Congress MLA Madan Singh Bisht.
