Bollywood n television actress Rajeshwari Sachdeva has tested positive for Covid 19. She is the wife of popular serial Mere Dad Ki Dulhan fame main lead Varun Badola, which is being telecast these days. Rajeshwari Sachdeva had staged a comeback in a television show Shadi Mubarak though she hadn’t been to the shooting for several days in view of the ongoing pandemic n no role.
She was suffering from mild fever and after going for the Covid test was confirmed as a positive case. She has gone into self isolation. Her husband Varun Badola, daughter n a veteran journalist father Vishwa Mohan Badola have also tested today with the reports expected. Varun’s father , journalist turned actor V M Badola has also acted in several television serials and Bolywood movies.
Varun n his wife Rajeshwari had also acted in several movies including television serials. Presently both Varun n Rajeshwari are working in two television serials Mere Dad Ki Dulhan and Shaadi Mubarak, the shooting of which has resumed after a gap of six months in view of the pandemic lockdown.
BADOLA is playing the lead role of Amber Sharma in this serial. The news reports say that Badola will not be going for the shoot of his serial after his wife testing positive for Covid 19. Varun Badola originally hails from Pauri, Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
