Uttarakhand’s Ayush licencing authority prohibits Patanjali to use Coronavirus picture on its medicinal kit

After lots of controversies regarding the newly launched Divya Coronil pills by Patanjali Ayurveda, Haridwar and Jaipur based National Institute of Medical Science Institution claiming to have successfully cured about 280 Covid 19 patients while conducting clinical tests on them from 4 to 7 days, the managing director of Patanjali Ayurveda, Haridwar Acharya Balkishan has flatly denied its claims of its newly invented Divya Coronil as Covid 19 medicine and said that their medicines’ kit comprising of Divya Coronil, Swaswari and Divya Anu Tel( Oil) are not being sold using the name of Anti Covid medicine but as Immunity boosters.

He catagorically said that Patanjali Ayurveda has never claimed this medicine as Covid 19 curing drug (s) as allegations are being made on them, though we did say that when these drugs were being used during the clinical tests to enhance the immunity system of patients suffering from Covid 19 they did cured fully.

This clarification and denial was given by Acharya Balkishan while replying to the notice of the Ayurveda licencing department of Uttarakhand when the controversy regarding the launch of Divya Coronil medicine claiming it to be the anti Covid medicine was claimed by Baba Ramdev a few days ago creating quite a sensation.

On the other hand the Licencing officer of Uttarakhand’s Ayush department Mr. Rawat has as per the latest news pouring in said that Patanjali Ayurveda has been unambiguously instructed to take out the pictures of Covid 19 virus from their products before selling the medicines thus strictly prohibiting them from using the COVID CURE MEDICINE TAG.

They can sell Divya Coronil kit not as an anti Covid drug but as an immunity booster said licencing officer of Uttarakhand’s Ayurveda department.

However, Patanjali Ayurveda’s MD Acharya Balkishan has already denied having ever claimed Divya Coronil as the Covid cure medicine though the entire country knows the claims of 100% Covid 19 cure 280 patients through Divya Coronil made by popular Yoga Guru in television news channels of the country during and after the launch of DIVYA CORONIL in Haridwar by NIMS chief, Baba Ram Dev and Acharya Balkishan few days ago.

Meanwhile there are reports that the Ayush Ministry of the central government has also restricted Patanjali to sell Divya Coronil as Covid 19 medicine.

It however, allegedly permitted to sell this drug to enhance immunity system of the human body known as Divya Coronil made of the combination of Giloy, Ashwagandha n Tulsi herbs.

The Uttarakhand government’s Ayush department had issued licence to Patanjali Ayurveda to manufacture medicine to cure cough n fever/ immune booster not a Covid 19 cure medicine.

It may be recalled that till now not a single medicine have been invented for exclusive Covid 19 cure though about 125 or more Anti Covid medicines/ vaccines are under trials out of which several drugs may come out till next year or two months before 2021.

Countries like US, Britain, Brazil, Russia, China n even India etc have claimed success to a great extent but it may still take few months for a definite anti Covid medicine to come out. however medicines like Covaxin n Remedivisir etc are being used as anti flu drugs including anti malarial pills Hydroxychloronquine.

Just yesterday in India COVAXIN has been cleared as candidate for human trial and prime minister Narendra Modi had just two days ago convened a high level meeting to discuss possibilities to explore the invention of an effective Covid cure vaccine in India at the earliest. Currently there are more than 5 lakh 67 thousand cases in India with nearly 1700 Covid 19 fatalities.
