The union minister of AYUSH Shripad Naik has been tested positive for Covid 19 and the wife of the former chief minister of Chattisgarh Raman Singh namely Veena Singh too, both of whom has in their respective tweet handles informed about this news and urged all those who’ve met them in the last few days should get themselves isolated and tested as well for Covid 19 as a precautionary measure.
Prior to them the union minister Dharmendra Pradhaan and home minister Amit Shah had also been tested positive.
The union home minister Shah is currently admitted in high profile super speciality Medanta Hospital whereas the AYUSH MINISTER SHRIPAD NAYAK has voluntarily preferred home isolation as his vitals are reported to be extremely good.
Meanwhile, currently there are nearly 6 lakh 44000 active cases in India which are 24.6% of the total cases.
This means that total recoveries have crossed , 16 lakh mark with recovery percentage more than 78% meaning that India is doing quite well despite surge in cases. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research there have been seven lakh thirty four thousand tests at the pan India level on Tuesday which has been the largest single day figure till now.
However, over fifty five thousand Covid 19 cases are being detected every day which is infact a highly worrisome figure. It may be recalled that under union AYUSH Minister Shripadh Naik’s jurisdiction the Patanjali Yogpeeth’s medicine namely Divya Coronil was not allowed to proceed further despite Baba Ramdev’s claim of his Ayurvedic medicine as highly effective cure for Covid 19.
Patanjali Yogpeeth was asked to officially give up the claim of terming Coronil as anti Covid medicine if it really wanted to sell it in the open market.
Since Patanjali Yogpeeth was issued a licence by Uttarakhand Drug control Department to manufacture immune boosters Baba Ramdev n his Patanjali Yogpeeth was instructed to give up its claims of calling CORONIL DIVYA WATI AS ANTI COVID MEDICINE than merely immune booster.
And finally Ramdev had to relent. However despite so much of restrictions Patanjali Yogpeeth’s CORONIL DIVYA WATI MEDICINE IS IN HUGE DEMAND ALL OVER THE COUNTRY n in states like Hyderabad there were reports that it was allegedly being sold in Rs 1800 instead of its actual price of Rs. 575 per kit of three medicines into one.
