Still can’t say about the foul play in SSR’s suicide ?

After tremendous grilling n in-depth investigations in the Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suspected suicide case for the last more than a week with the enforcement directorate and thereafter Narcotics Control Bureau having come in the picture there are internal reports that the India’s premier investigation agency CBI has not reached to any definite conclusion about any foul play leading to possible murder of SSR as being speculated by his fans, relatives and family members, including his father.

This was revealed by some CBI officers to AAJ TAK correspondents covering the most controversial SSR suicide case in Mumbai while interacting with them informally. The officers said that despite the in depth investigations and gruelling interrogations of suspected accused including trials with a dummy of SSR in the late actor’s Bandra room where he had allegedly committed suicide, shortcomings in the investigations of the Mumbai police n discrepancies in autopsy report etc they have not been able to reach at any definite link , connection or conclusion about possibility of the murder.

However, the CBI has not given up and the transparent interrogations n investigations are on full swing to reach at the bottom of the case to find the truth behind the actor’s death. According to Aaj Tak the CBI has now based the case on the more on the abetment to suicide theory than alleged murder possibility.

This informal n off the record discussions with the CBI as per AAJ Tak’s revelation by its reporters however doesn’t mean that the investigation has given up their efforts. They are very much on the job seriously to unravel the truth if any behind SSR’s suicidal death finally reaching to the facts behind his death.

So far from the CBI’s incessant grilling of SSR’s girl friend Rhea Chakravorthy, her brother Showik, cook Neeraj, friend n creative manager Sidharth Pithani, Rhea’s parents Indrajit n Sandhya Chakraborty, house manager Shruti Modi , Samuel , Devesh , Gaurav Arya n several others it has mainly been successful in unravelling the drugs angle with the Narcotics Control Bureau having registered the FIR under NDPS against Rhea n Showik n few others with Showik’s connection also found in the drug dealing.

The WhatsApp chats leading to a credible drug angle has also lead to the NCD seizing 3.5 kg of narcotics n arrest of drug dealers active in the Bollywood circles n other parts of the city including allegedly supplying it to Rhea n Showik. The important chats are being investigated by the CBI in depth to unravel the mystery behind them.

Till now Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Shruti Modi, Cook Neeraj, Sidarth Pithani, Gaurav Arya etc have been interrogated by all the three agencies in depth including the parents of Rhea too.

The CBI has till now grilled Rhea for about forty hours in the last five days and others as above for several hours during the last five days including hotelier Gaurav Arya.

The Mumbai police had also during the last 45 days had interrogated about sixty people though had not reached to any conclusion before handing over the investigation details to the CBI after the supreme court order it to commence its enquiry in the case. Rhea’s parents Indrajit n Sandhya Chakraborty who were interrogated today had been again summoned on 2nd September at the DRDO guest house. Meanwhile Devesh n Najirul whose chat of 14 th June missed by Mumbai Police are also under the lens of CBI which is trying unravel the story behind this WhatsApp chat.

It may be recalled that that the CBI enquiry was ordered by the centre on the recommendation of the Bihar government on the request of SSR’s anguished father KK Singh allegedly accusing Rhea n her family of siphoning off his money from his bank account, drugging him and leading to death.

The supreme court had to intervene finally when the Maharashtra government had reservations on the conduction of CBI enquiry saying that when the Maharashtra police of Mumbai is fully competent to handle the case why would CBI be allowed to conduct it’s investigations.
