Samsung comes up with great news, decides to extend its products’ warranty till May 31.

So, here is the good news for all those Samsung users who were worried about their products’ warranty expiring on April 30. As reported, Samsung has come up with a decision to extend the warranty of all its products affected to May 31, 2020. India is experiencing a lockdown of 21 days, intending to stop the Coronavirus’s spread. All the non-essential shops are not working, and the businesses have started to work from home. As a result of this, the users can’t move to any of the physical stores if they want to avail their warranty benefits.

Intending to provide the solution to all such issues, Samsung has declared that the products’ warranty has been extended to May 31, 2020. This scheme is only facilitated for those products which have got the warranty expiry dates between March 20 and April 30. Currently, Samsung has shut down all its physical stores, and also the home delivery options have been temporarily blocked. However, the users can have their query sorted out via the Live Chat feature as well as the email services of this tech giant.
