Salutes to our Martyrs -Commander Nyima n Captain Dikshant Thapa at Eastern Ladakh

There have been two back to back martyrdom in eastern Ladakh where the valiant Indian Army soldiers are protecting our sensitive borders, risking their lives every moment fighting the enemy forces of China, PLA, by not only killing more than forty PLA soldiers in Galvan Valley on 14 th June and sacrificing twenty precious lives on the line of duty in the service of the nation but also capturing the key mountain heights, raising our Flag high, destroying all the Chinese surveillance cameras n pushing back the notorious, coward n deceitful Chinese soldiers,two hundred in numbers on 29th n 30 th August.

The entire country is proud to have these courageous soldiers because of whom the entire nation lives in peace, fully protected n safeguarded.

Salutes to these patriotic valiant brave dare devils with a pledge that their pivotal sacrifice will never go waste n shall be avenged tooth and nail.

Captain Dikshant Thapa of 6 Mechanical Infantry belonging to 1 “Garhwal Rifles” who martyred himself in a tragic accident while loading an infantry Combat Vehicle ( BMC-2,ICV, which toppled on him at # Galwan Valley# Ladakh was merely 26 years old.

Traumatised, shocking n anguished mother of her young son, brave Deepa salutes martyred Dikshant , bidding him, her final adieu amidst slogans of Jai Hind by thousands of mourners.

EACH N EVERY MOURNER PRESENT to bid their last adieu to this brave son of the soil were literary in tears with Jai Hind n Amar Rahe Dikshant Thapa slogans renting the air.

In another anguishing moments , paying richest tributes to Company Commander of 7, Vikas Battalion Establishment 22, Chakrata Vikas Special Frontier Force, the traumatised family n hundreds of shocked people paid their heartfelt tributes in tears to Company Commander Nyima Tenzin who sacrificed his precious life safeguarding n protecting the territorial integrity of India while valiantly fighting the intruding Chinese PLA soldiers at Southern Pangong Tso, Ladakh.

He was martyred in action in a mine blast meeting a tragic end while his unit petrolled through the eastern side of the Pangong Lake.

Commander of 7 Vikas Battalion Establishment Uttarakhand SSF, Nyima served India with dedication, valour n commitment to teach Chinese a befitting lesson selflessly for thirty three protracted years as a Tibetan, who remained grateful for hosting HIS HOLINESS DALAI LAMA, A blood link between India n Tibet, for ever.

It may be recalled that the Indian Army’s Special Frontier Force Commandoes primarily from Tibet n Uttarakhand has taught the Chinese a tit for tat lesson by their exemplary bravery, intelligence and valour who fought the Kargil war valiantly teaching Pakistan a huge lesson by killing hundreds of enemy troopers n destroying their tanks n ammunitions.

On 29 th n 30 th August too the SSF Commandoes successfully captured the mountain heights at Southern Pangong lake area destroying the Chinese surveillance equipments n cameras and forcefully pushing back about two hundred Chinese soldiers putting our national flag on the top.

The following is the regimental song of the Establishment 22 :

“Hum hai Vikasi, Tibbat vassi
Desh ki shaan badayenge,
jab jab humko milega mauqa,
jaan pe khel dikhayenge
jaan pe khel dikhayenge

Chiin ne humse cheen ki Tibbat,
ghar se hamen nikala hain, phir bhi Bharat ne humko apnon ki tarah sambhala hain.
Ek na ek ek din chiin ko bhi hum
aisa sabak sikhayenge.
Jab jab humko milega mauqa
jaan pe khel dikhayenge,
jaan pe khel dikhayenge.”
