Rajasthan crisis deepens. Deputy CM Sachin boycotts CLP meeting. May face expulsion ?

Rajasthan’s political drama deepens with threat to Ashok Gehlot government unambiguously coming to fore. The young rebel deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot who is camping in hotel ITC in Manesar along with his 14 MLAs as being reported in the media with some other clandestinely living in hotels in Gurgaon, has openly refused to attend the Congress legislature party meeting come what may, allegedly giving clear indications that he has finally decided to meet the home minister Amit Shah and BJP president JP Nadda requesting him to accord BJP’s support of 75 MLAs in order to dislodge the Congress government which has been ruling the state for the last 18 months.

If the Ashok Gehlot really falls this would be the second heaviest blow to the Congress party after losing Kamal Nath’s government in Madhya Pradesh four months ago at the behest of its young Turk, none other than popular and Congress’s main pillar Jyotiraditya Scindia.

It is believed that Jyotiraditya has telephonically spoken or met Congress rebel leader n Rajasthan deputy CM Sachin Pilot n convinced him to change sides for an efflorescent political future by becoming the CM of the state.

Unconfirmed reports allegedly give an indication of his leaving the Congress to join BJP who’s high command is quite interested to support him if he pledges to join the saffron party fold.

Meanwhile the general secretary of AICC n Sonia , Rahul Gamdhi confidante KC Venugopal has reached Rajasthan and whip has already been issued in the morning with clear directives that who so ever violates the directives will be expelled from the primary membership of the party.

CHIEF MINISTER Ashok Gehlot is fully confident of forming the government with the claim that 109 MLAs had already given a signed letter of support as revealed by the Rajasthan Congress in-charge n party’s national general secretary Avinash Pandey.

Meanwhile senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal has also wondered as to why is the Congress party not able to keep its house in order commenting in the context of Rajasthan crisis.

However, sources reveal that 90 MLAs have reached Cam’s house n rest will follow suit. While the political ups n downs are going on with CM Ashok Gehlot quite confident of forming his government n rebel deputy CM bent upon dislodging Congress govt allegedly claiming the support of thirty rebel MLAs n BJP’s assured support.

While the hectic developments are on the income tax n enforcement directorate have started raids on some Congress leaders Rajiv Arora etc n the son of the CM as per the news being flashed in various television news channels. Congress leader n MP Mr. Punish has criticize these raids accusing the ruling party of applying a pressure tactics on its opponents in order to destabilise the duly elected governments.

Hectic efforts are on from both the sides with BJP trying to capture Congress’s deputy CM Sachin Pilot to join the BJP and acknowledge BJP’s clear cut support of 75 MLAs while Ashok Gehlot is leaving no stone unturned to remain the CM of Rajasthan. He is the 3rd time CM of the state while Sachin Pilot is the first time deputy CM of the state. It is learnt that the Congress high command didn’t give appointment to Pilot despite his repeated calls being annoyed with him. Similarly Pilot too is adamant not to attend the CLP meet compelling the high command expel him from the party thus giving him convenient opportunity to shake hands with BJP on the lines of his Congress friend Jyotiraditya Scindia who toppled Kamalnath’s govt in Madhya Pradesh four month ago n joined BJP.

Meanwhile while the Rajasthan CM has openly accused BJP high command of toppling his duly elected government in Rajasthan through unfair n undemocratic means, Congress’s chief spokesman Sandeep Singh Surjewala has said that ED, Income Tax departments n CBI’s are the frontal organisation’s of BJP used against opposition parties but it will not succeed in toppling the Congress government in Rajasthan. Madhya Pradesh former CM n former union water resources’ minister Uma Bharti has accused Rahul Gandhi of never promoting young and efficient leaders in BJP viz Jyotiraditya Scindia n Sachin Pilot because he is afraid that if they are promoted, they’ll leave him behind. She also added that it’s because of Rahul’s incompetence that they are losing states like MP n Rajasthan.
