Apple will likely launch iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus in a new color option this week. Mark Gurman from Bloomberg went on Twitter and stated that an iPhone 14 new color is very likely.
It has been close to a whole year since the announcement of the iPhone 13 being available in green color, it is automatically assumed that a new color for the iPhone 14 is on the Horizon. Another report from MacRumors also revealed that the PR team from Apple is currently planning a product briefing with its reporters on March 7th itself, which could likely be related to the launch of an iPhone 14 new color.
The Tech giant from the United States could announce the iPhone 14 new color option through a press release on the Apple newsroom website, with the introduction of a new iPhone case and fresh Color for the Apple watch bands this spring, stated a report.
The last time yellow as a color option was offered for an iPhone was with their iPhone 11 model back in 2019 and the iPhone XR in 2018. It is not very clear if Apple is planning to release a new color for their iPhone 14 Pro models, but it is stated that this yellow color could be similar to the current gold option for those devices.
Apple itself had announced the green Colors for the iPhone 13 series on March 8th of the previous year, so there are educated gases flying around that the recent briefings done by apple could be related to a new color being around for their latest model. The Tech giant tends to throw in a few colors here and there during springtime to boost their flagship device sales in the middle of the product cycle.
Taking the example from last March, Apple introduced a fresh green color for their then-latest iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini models and a new Alpine green color for their iPhone 13 Pro models. Going back to April of 2021, we have seen Apple make the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini models available in a unique pastel purple color.
