Indian defence forces fully prepared to face any misadventure by the enemy country : Narvane

The Indian Army chief M. N. NARVANE who is on his significant visit to the LAC Ladakh to asses the latest situation at the sensitive border especially at Southern Pangong in Eastern Ladakh today spoke to ANI terming the morale of our valiant soldiers extremely high n in full spirit.

Looking quite calm and composed NARVANE while responding to media questions admitted that the situation in the LAC in Eastern Ladakh is quite critical for now since the last few months but our high spirited brave soldiers’ morale is on the top, ready to face n counter any misadventure of the enemy forces.

He catagorically said that India believes in absolute peaceful resolution of the ongoing crisis through amicable dialogues which are presently in progress at Brigadier commander level in Chushul but our peace oriented posture should not be construed as we being weak.

Our valiant Army n defence forces are fully equipped to confront any misadventure by enemy forces and deal with them severely.

He said that various efforts are still going on at the military and diplomatic levels with high optimism that a resolution to this vexed issue would come out in the near future as India always believed in peaceful resolution of the crisis. Prior to India Army chief Narvane’s visit the Chief of Indian Airforce had visited the Ladakh region to have the minutest assesment of the sensitive border area n boost the morale of the Indian Air Force n army troopers n officers.

The union defence minister Rajnath Singh is already in Russia n has been assured by Russia of its full support in the event of any misadventure by enemy forces to grab our territory.

Meanwhile according to the latest media reports the Chinese defence minister has expressed his desire to meet the Indian defence minister Rajnath Singh with regard to the current imbroglio pertaining to the crisis at LAC in Eastern Ladakh including the recent development at the Pangong Tso lake area as a sequel to June 15 Galwan clashes between Indian Army soldiers n China’s PLA in which 20 soldiers were martyred n 40 PLA soldiers killed by valiant Indian Army soldiers.

The Chinese are however still adamant on their false n wrong claim of Indian territory in Southern Pangong LS Lake area, the talks of which are in progress in Chushul at Commander, brigadier levels between India n China.
However, it’s still not known whether the Indian defence minister Rajnath Singh will accept the request of Chinese defence minister to hold deliberations with him though sources reveal that there is a serious thinking on this pivotal matter by the Indian government, whether to talk to the Chinese defence minister or not, especially in view of the dragon’s deciduous, untrustworthy and hypocritical attitude.

The Indian defence minister Rajnath Singh is currently in Russia to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation meet. The recent desire of the Chinese defence minister to hold talks on the sidelines of the SCO meet is the third one put forward by the by Chinese defence ministry after the stand off erupted at Ladakh since last three months but India has not yet responded to the dragon’s call. However, there are every possibility of the diplomatic efforts being commenced between India and China as the military level parleys in Chushul are not reaching to any fruitful conclusion in view of China’s adamant attitude to give up their illegal claim on South Pangong Tso area with India not prepared to concede to even handing over an inch of its land to expansionist n notorious Dragon. Just two days ago the chief of the CDS Bipin Rawat had unambiguously said that the Indian defence forces are fully prepared to counter both China and Pakistan in the Northern n Western borders with a heavy hand.
