Horrific rise in Covid 19 cases in Uttarakhand

The pandemic, Covid 19 is on the horrific rise in the entire country. After the relaxation and opening of railways and other modes of transport at the pan India level, though with stringent instructions to adequately follow the necessary norms, the situation seems to have gone out of control in almost all the states especially after the migrant exodus to their respective states. While nationally the daily rise in pandemic cases is above five thousand , each n every state too is witnessing tremendous spike viz Maharashtra, Mumbai, Delhi, Gujarat, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orrisa n southern states as well. Even state like Uttarakhand which was earlier considered as the lowest Covid 19 infected cases’ state has now started exhibiting horrific spurt. Just four days ago Uttarakhand had witnessed 122 cases but today its cases had gone to 298 numbers with 56 recoveries and three deaths due to Corona desease.

Uttarakhand today saw a terrible spike of 56 cases though less then yesterday’s figure of 91 cases with 55 cases from Nainital only. With Sunday’s 56 positive cases of Covid 19, 5 cases were from Almora district, 3 from Chamoli, one from Champawat and 7 from Dehradun. What ‘s surprising is the fact that the spurt in cases from Nainital district are still on, with 32 infections detected today . There were 1 case each from Pauri Garhwal n Udham Singh Nagar whereas from Tehri Garhwal 3 cases of Corona desease were confirmed. A single case of Corona was also found positive in a private lab.
