HEARING IN TWO COURTS RELATED TO Sushant’s death case on Wednesday

There are hearings of two writ petitions filed in various court’s related to the alleged mysterious suicidal death of the popular young versatile actor Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14 in his Mumbai apartment flat where his girl friend Rhea Chakraborty had left him few days ago, earlier living with the late actor and managing his entire house hold n other expenses.

On Wednesday while there is one hearing in the supreme Court in a case filed by Rhea Chakravorthy requesting for transfer of the Patna FIR registered by late actor’s father to Mumbai and in another case the Mumbai high court will hear a public interest litigation filed to demand Central Bureau of Investigation’s intervention or giving the cases to SIT as the Maharashtra police investigating Sushant’s case is allegedly under suspicion as the Bihar’s SP sent to Mumbai has been quarantined forcibly against his wishes and the DG police of Bihar had already levelled umpteen charges of deliberate laxity n negligence in the case by Mumbai police including total non cooperation.

Even the senior BJP leader of Maharashtra Narayan Rane had allegedly accused the Maharashtra police of intentionally delaying the probe to shield some powerful persons involved in Sushant’s alleged murder. As per the latest news BJP leader Narayan Rane has openly said that late actor Sushant was murdered as this is not the case of suicide. The followers n fans, Sushant’s father and relatives had been, since beginning demanding the CBI enquiry into this vexed suicide death as according to them they see a foul play either terming it a clear cut premeditated murder or a case of abetment to suicide.

The former MP Pappu Yadav, Bihar’s deputy CM Mr. MODI HAD ALSO demanded the CBI enquiry but the state government has not heeded to any request saying that the state government n Mumbai police are fully competent to handle the case.

Meanwhile, the Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has today recommended the request of Sushant’s father KK Singh to central government for ordering CBI enquiry into this case. Earlier Pappu Yadav EX MP had also written a letter to union home minister Amit Shah n he had recommended it to the minister of DOPT under whom the CBI functions.

The case of Sushant Singh’s mysterious death has taken a new turn with Maharashtra Police n Bihar police coming in direct confrontation accusing each other of favouritism and negligence. The social media n the news channels including the print media are full of this news demanding due justice for the anguished n traumatic family of Late Sushant Singh Rajput.

Meanwhile, it is believed that Rhea Chakravorthy is also not traceable n is believed to have left her house presently till the Supreme Court gives the necessary decision in this case.
