Haryana minister Anil Vij shifted to Medanta, infected with Covid, a comorbiditis, on ventilator

The health condition of the home minister of Haryana, Anil Vij, already a comorbiditis case suffering from diabetes, hypertension, heart and thyroid diseases, currently admitted in Medanta Hospital in Gurugram from a civil hospital in Ambala Cantt after having been infected with Covid 19 is in critical condition on ventilator in ICU with the next forty eight hours extremely crucial n critical. He also underwent plasma convalescent therapy.

According to the news reports the Haryana Home minister was admitted in high profile Medanta Hospital yesterday at 9 PM after his condition deteriorated. Anil Vij had been the first recipient of being innoculated with the first shot of indigenous Covid 19 vaccine COVAXIN being manufactured by Bharat biotech of Hyderabad in league with Indian Council of medical Research. He voluntarily offered himself as the first recipient of Covaxin shot in Haryana among the 28000 people nationally.

However, after two weeks of innoculation he was tested positive for Corona creating quite a sensation in the media about the credibility of the indeginously produced vaccine. The Bharat biotech had then come up with the clarification saying that it’s second shot after twenty eight days is mandatory etc.

The company stated that the antibodies against the infection buildup in a human being only builds up after a specific number of days pass after a second dose of vaccine is taken i.e. after 28 days. According to the latest medical bulletin issued by the Medanta Hospital : Relevant investigations including a CT Scan have been done and the results are satisfactory. His condition is stable and is maintaining vital parameters on high flow nasal cannula on oxygen support, the health bulletin revealed.

The minister had high lungs infection and is a cormorbidity case with multiple complications like thyroid, diabetes, hypertension and cardiac problems.
