Had Sonia, Rahul n Priyanka been serious, Sachin Pilot could have been easily managed?

Having been sacked from the post of deputy chief minister and president of Rajasthan state Congress Committee, Sachin Pilot is today of no where, as not only his bete noire Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot is in extremely comfortable position, at least for the time being, enjoying a winnable majority of 106 lawmakers, he has also gained the total confidence of the Gandhi family as a loyal chief minister.

What is important and unique about this whole crisis is the fact that despite losing Madhya Pradesh at the hands of a young rebel Jyotiraditya Scindia, the Congress high command has not listened to rebel Sachin Pilot knowing very well perhaps that the latter carries no solid backing of good number of his loyal lawmakers who could make a solid dent on Gehlot’s government.

It’s surprising to note that the Congress high command was well aware about the intercine squabbles within the government n the Congress party in Rajasthan in view of diametrically opposite harsh accusations n counter accusations between Chief minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot becoming widespread , but no efforts have been initiated to resurrect the harsh relationship between the CM n the deputy CM, finally arriving to such an ugly situation when BJP is trying its best to exploit the situation in its favour.

There is no doubt that the Congress party leadership is today quite relieved after Sachin Pilot denied joining BJP to the media but is still worried in view of his either forming his own regional outfit in Rajasthan or his chances of being manipulated by saffron party in the near future.

Therefore, efforts are still being made to keep the young rebel leader n his loyal lawmakers in good humour by giving them yet another chance to forget their differences and join the Congress mainstream again lest they would be expelled from the party. One of Rajasthan’s minister Pratap Singh Khachvaria has today openly accused the home minister Amit Shah n other senior leaders of the saffron party of trying to destabilise the Congress government in Rajasthan to install the BJP government on the lines of what happened in Madhya Pradesh , four months ago.

If this accusation is correct than it’s indeed a serious matter showing how the BJP is trying to take advantage of the development happened in Rajasthan. Meanwhile, the Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot and the former deputy CM are still busy accusing each other publicly leaving little scope of a possible patch up between both the leaders.

While Congress leaders like Digvijay Singh, Randeep Singh Surjewala etc have already issued tweets n statements holding Sachin Pilot directly responsible for losing patience, becoming over ambitious and revolting against the party despite getting so much at such a young age , breaking party’s norms, the Rajasthan CM too is issuing statements against Pilot after sacking him of his important positions in government n political office thus making him more erroneous n anti party.

This confronting attitude and posture of leaders within the Congress will further add fuel to fire as in revolting mood Sachin Pilot is already furious n angered about the injustice meted out to him by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot who had not only grabbed his chance to become CM of Rajasthan in 2018 when Congress got more than 100 seats due to the hard n dedicated efforts of his but had also labelled him as an anti national ( Desh Drohi) further accusing to destabilise Gehlot’s government.

Not only this but the entire powers have been snatched from him despite being the deputy CM n the bureaucrats asked not to obey his orders says Pilot in one of his interviews’ in Aaj Tak.

Moreover, the Rajasthan crisis could have been averted and Sachin Pilot brought under control had the Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi n Priyanka Gandhi personally intervened in the matter.

But it never happened. As per the news floating in all the charges about 36 calls made to Sachin Pilot by senior Congress leaders n not responded were totally false says Sachin Pilot who could talk to Priyanka Gandhi only for once and without accompanying any results. The problem in the Gandhi family is that they are not accessible easily and this is the reason that leaders like Hemanta Biswas, Jagdambika Pal etc had left the party. It is being said that Sachin Pilot had been trying hard to contact Sonia Gandhi n Rahul but was not entertained. He did succeeded to speak to Priyanka and Ahmed Patel but the talks were fruitless finally leading to Sachin Pilot adopting a more obstinate anti Gehlot attitude and avoiding the CLP meeting held in Jaipur.

Moreover Sachin was annoyed because he was unnecessarily charged of toppling the Rajasthan government with the help of BJP n it’s top leaders thus labelling baseless, false and concocted charges against him. This leads one to the conclusion that the best talents in the Congress party viz Jyotiraditya Scindia and Sachin Pilot who had put their everything in the state elections and led the party score success defeating their arch rival BJP after a long time in Madhya Pradesh n Rajasthan , both of them were sidelined by the central leadership by giving chief ministership to Kamalnath and Ashok Gehlot in the name of experience n age.

Both the young leaders had no option but to revolt. However, it’s a different matter that while in Madhya Pradesh the Congress lost the game despite having majority, in Rajasthan though it won n Pilot lost but ground for future defeat has been prepared. WHAT’S YOUR TAKE FRIENDS?
