ED grilled Showik Chakraborty for several hours n sought startling disclosures in Sushant Singh case
While on the one hand the war of words between the Shiv Sena leader and BJP has geared up with Shiv Sena’s MP n senior leader Sanjay Raut allegedly accusing the union government of politicising the issue with deliberatedly handing over the cugdels of investigations to India’s premier agency CBI right at a calculated time when the Mumbai police had almost finished its investigations and was likely to reveal the facts of the case , the thorough grilling n interrogation of Sushant Singh’s girl friend Rhea’s brother Showik has resulted in startling disclosures of over 2.5 crore rupees having been allegedly transferred from Sushant Singh’s bank account to the chartered accountant’s account with the help of Rhea n Showik.
It has been revealed that after supposed involvement of Sushant’s chartered accountant with Rhea Chakravorthy n her brother Showik for allegedly transferring Rs 2.5 crore out of the total amount of 4.5 crores which was the fixed deposit in the name of Sushant’s elder sister, the chartered accountant has clarified that this withdrawal of 2.5 crores from Sushant’s account has been used to pay the GST n income tax etc n nothing else.
It may be recalled that late actor Sushant Singh Rajput had opened a fixed deposit in the name of his elder sister worth Rs. 4.5 crores but an amount of 2. 5 crores were allegedly taken out by Rhea, Showik n the CA which shocked the investigators. Rhea Chakravorty has against been summoned in the ED office on Monday for further investigations.
MEANWHILE Rhea’s brother Showik was deeply interrogated for 18 hours in the Mumbai ED office yesterday and and it was during this grilling that this withdrawal of 2.5 crore rupees from Sushant’s account was disclosed. It is believed that Sushant Singh’s girl friend Rhea n her brother Showik had been asked several questions regarding purchase of two prime properties in Mumbai and the whereabout of the huge money involved in these buying.
They wanted to know the source of income as to where from this huge amount has come to buy these two prime properties in Mumbai including the Khar bungalow etc. While the ED interrogation n investigation is going on, the CBI has also commenced its investigations and the Bihar police has handed over all the investigation details to the CBI. As the days are passing the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s mysterious suicide case is becoming more n more controversial with the CBI trying it’s best to reveal the reality behind it whether it’s an unambiguous suicide or abetment to suicide or an alleged murder as being speculated by his family members and millions of fans nationally.
