Bihar CM Nitish Kumar recommends CBI enquiry in Sushant Singh’s suicidal death

The Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s alleged suicide death mystry is becoming more n more complex especially after the open vociferous confrontation between the Mumbai police commissioner Parambir Singh and the DGP of Bihar Gupteshwar Pandey, both senior IPS officers.

The heated arguments between both the police officials blaming each other for negligence in the case and not reaching to the definite conclusion nailing the actual culprits etc have made this mysterious death of Sushant Singh entangled in controversies.

However, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has recommended the case to union government for an impartial CBI enquiry as demanded by Sushant’s father K. K. Singh.

The Mumbai Police Commissioner has ourightly rejected the Bihar police’s demand to transfer the investigations to Bihar Police saying that it will never be allowed as it’s the prerogative of the Maharashtra police and the investigations are already under progress. Meanwhile the Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey has levelled serious charges against the Maharashtra police of not only not cooperating the Bihar police investigating the case in Mumbai it has not handed a single document or detail of the case to them despite their repeated requests.

Not only this but the Bihar police personel are being devoid of any clue or important developments of the case, despite the fact that even after the lapse of 45 days of Sushant’s alleged suicidal death the Mumbai police has not reached to any lead or definite conclusion giving a clear indication oftheir callousness n deliberate negligence.

There had been several disclosures by the news sources that dead body of Sushant Singh Rajput had allegedly shown injury marks n swelling on his left eye, dark bruises on the neck n body etc unambiguously giving an indication that he was allegedly murdered with the help of the dog’s neck belt in the night ofJune 13, not 14th, and later on manioulated as death by hanging.

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakravorthy’s advocate contesting her case filed in Supreme Court has said that the Bihar police has no legal right to investigate Sushant Singh’s case in Mumbai.

This mysterious death of popular actor Sushant Singh now seems to have taken a curious turn after the Bihar chief minister has finally recommended it to the union government for CBI inquiry saying : Now the truth will definitely come out. He added that he was waiting for the affirmation of Sushant’s father.

The anguished n traumatic father of late Sushant Singh, KK Singh has blamed the Mumbai police of never being serious on this case as it had not done anything to safeguard his son despite the fact that he had informed the Mumbai police regarding risk to his son’s life, especially from Rhea Chakravorthy n his family.

After his son’s sad demise he has filed the FIR in Patna against Sushant’s former girl friend Rhea Chakravorthy n her family for allegedly siphoning off Rs 15 crores from his account and also urged the CM Bihar to get the case investigated expeditiously to catch hold the culprits as according to them Sushant hasn’t committed suicide but was allegedly murdered.

Late actor’s relatives have been demanding a CBI probe since day one after his demise by hanging but of no avail. It may be recalled that after the filing of the FIR in Patna against Rhea Chakravorty accusing her of being allegedly complicit in this entire death mystery including siphoning of 15 crore rupees from his account, she immediately hired a reputed expensive lawyer n filed a case in supreme court demanding non transfer of the case to Bihar police.

She had also released a vedio in the social media saying that Truth will ultimately prevail n that she has full faith in the rule of law n judiciary. After the registration of the FIR in Patna accusing Rhea Chakravorthy she left her house and is still untraceable say news reports.
