Advocate of Nirbhaya of Delhi meets the Hathras family and assured them of her every possible legal support

The supreme court lawyer and a social activist fighting for the rights of distressed women who’d fought the case of the Nirbhaya of Delhi Seema Kushwaha had on Thursday visited the village of the deceased girl of Hathras and met her traumatised parents expressing her deepest condolences and assuring them of her total legal support in fighting her case till the end to seek justice for their 19 year old daughter who’d allegedly been gangraped and physically attacked fracturing her neck n spinal chord leading to her death in Safdarjung hospital. Seema said that she will complete the legal formalities of getting the vakalatnama signed by her parents to take up the case in the supreme court.

It is learnt that she will fight the case without charging a single rupee from her parents. It is believed that she has already acknowledged the consent from the parents of the deceased to fight her case in supreme court. Supreme court advocate Seema Kushwaha had fought the case of the Nirbhaya of Delhi and succeeded in getting capital punishment for all the culprits who were hanged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail.

She said that she will pursue the case from the district court to High Court n if need be to the supreme court to bring the culprits to justice by getting them capital punishment. Advocate Seema Kushwaha was with the parents for more than an hour n had deliberate in detail.

It may be recalled that Seema had visited Hathras few days ago to meet the family but was not allowed. She had quite a heated argument with the police officers n the district magistrate in the presence of media, the vedio of which went viral in social media and also telecast in news channels.
