40 year old farmer consumes poision at Singhu border on Saturday late evening, dies in a nearby hospital

After more than fifty farmers dying during the ongoing movement of agitating farmers, some due to being ill in the freezing cold and inclement weather and some committing suicides, expressing their immense frustration going into depression in view of the last forty one days protest movement, one more farmer of merely forty years have committed suicide today at Singhu border consuming deadly ” Sulfas” as per the latest reports.

This deadly tragedy happened at the late evening hours on Saturday, 9 th January when the agitating peasents at Singhu border demanding repeal of the three farm laws were holding a meeting as usual. While the meeting was in progress all of a sudden a forty year old young farmer namely Amrinder Singh, hailing from Punjab, Fatgehgarh Sahib appeared in front of the stage shouting in the crowd after consuming poisionous deadly Salfas with foam like substance coming out of his mouth.

After sometime he fell unconscious. People around tried hard to rescue his life but he remained unconscious. He was immediately rushed to a nearby Frank Institute of Medical Sciences.

The doctors at the hospital tried their best to revive him but he succumbed to the consumed poisionous substance said the Joint Farmers Federation member.

The news of the death of the farmer by suicide against the three agricultural bills of the centre spread like a wild fire with large number of peasents staging a strong protest expressing their annoyance against the union government holding it directly responsible for this another suicide apart from more than fifty deaths of their comrades during the last forty one days.

As per the last wish of the deceased farmer, Amrinder Singh was given the final adieu by consigning him to flames at Singhu border, the site of his relentless struggle, by his struggling comrades.
