While Covid 19 pandemic goes on philanthropic organisations continue their helping gesture uninterruptedly

While the life has started as usual during the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic with people busy in their daily chores trying to earn livelihood for their families those who were employed in petty private services n jobs n businesses have lost them with their families in doldrums n financial quandary. In order to provide them sustenance n support by way of distributing Ration kits n anti Covid material some non governmental organisations are still continuing their philanthropic acts since the month of March uninterruptedly in various parts of Delhi especially in the slums, in localities inhibited by the lower middle class n the economically deprived families in order to provide them succour during the ongoing pandemic era.

One such dedicated social organisation namely Mahavira International Delhi has been doing a marvellous job of helping the poor n needy during critical times of this ongoing pandemic by distributing free of cost infinite number of ration kits n other material for the last six months daily uninterruptedly.

According to the former Provident fund commissioner n renowned social activist V. N. Sharma, in Continuation of Ration kit distribution since end March, on16th Aug also ,the 4th round of Ration kit distribution sponsored by National Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation ( NSFDC) was done for Residents of Raini Well 3 primarily and also for some residents left out in 3rd round basically agricultural labourers. The Mahavir International ,Delhi is the executing Agency as per Sh V N Sharma,Hony Chairman Finance and ex PF Commissioner in all ,60 Ration bags sponsored by NSFDC were distributed today.

So FAR They HAVE DISTRIBUTED 522 RATION KITS OUT OF 750 KITS SPONSORED BY NSFDC

As an additional activity, in each of these bags they also kept a pouch containing 14 sanitary pads,4 soaps and two masks and one pamphlet containing details of these items sponsored by National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corpn ( NBCFDC),the sister concern of NSFDC.

As another ancilliary activity viz. 65 Face shields sponsored by Butterfly Edufields ,Secundrabad were distributed before ration kit distribution to beneficiaries which included 5 shields to volunteers.

In addition, on 10th Aug ,Vira Vision A Division of Mahavir International, distributed 100 food packets sponsored by SAFEX PVT LTD and kept these pouches of NBCFDC.

Hence, MID have distributed 160 pouches on these two days implying 2240 sanitary pads,640 soaps and 320 masks.

Apart from Sh V N Sharma,ex PF Commissioner, and Hony Chairman Finance , Mahavir International Delhi, Shri M S Rawat,Chairman Mayur Public School and Vice Chairman Garwali Kumaoni Jaunsaari Bhasha Academy, Shri Raman Madwal and D S Sajwan, senior Social workers distributed Ration Kits.

According to V N Sharma, till now they have distributed thousands of food kits, stationaries, clothes, medicines, n anti Covid materials etc to thousands of families to provide them succour at this critical juncture.

These kits were distributed by VIRA VISION of Mahavir International Delhi under supervision of V N SHARMA, Chairman Finance and we’re sponsored by SAFEX EXPRESS PVT LTD

Similarly on 15th August, independence day, 10 th August n on 16th August , ration bags around 16 kg each were distributed to Rag pickers, LOHARS, Ladies attending household chores ,LOW INCOME GROUP Unemployed persons living in rented accommodation, OLD AGE HOME at FATEH PUR BERI, MEHRAULI, ,HAUZ RANI,NEW ASHOK NAGAR AND CHANDRA VIHAR.

Those participated and organised the distribution included SH P N SHARMA, noted Businessman and Social worker,Pooja Badola, social worker and Coordinator of COVID19, D S Sajwan Founder of Devbhoomi Sanskrit Dharmik samajik Sanstha and dedicated Social Worker, Vinod Dhyani and Mr Jain, member Mahavir International Delhi,
