‘The Batman’ shooting shut down due to Corona pandemic, states Matt Reeves

As confirmed by the director Matt Reeves, who is known to be working on his upcoming film ‘The Batman,’ the movie’s shooting has been shut down. This commendable movie will be starring Robert Pattinson in the lead role. Presently, the shooting of this movie has shut down and kept on hold after witnessing the rage of Corona.

He shared this news via his official Twitter handle, where he responded to one of his fans about the shutdown. The fan seemed quite curious to know about the current scenario of the film’s shooting amidst the prevalent Covid-19 pandemic. Replying to him, the director stated that yes, they have shut down the shooting of this movie till the conditions become favorable and safe for them to continue the shoot! He also added that everyone is safe at this moment, thanked him for the interrogation and asked to stay safe.

There were many reports hinting about the delay of this film, and as a result, the release date of the movie will also be pushed back. These production schedules have been acting as the prevention measures so that the pandemic doesn’t ruin. The fans were all excited after having a look at the commendable pictures from the set on Twitter!

‘The Batman’ movie also has Zoe Kravitz, Colin Farrell, Andy Serkis, Peter Sarsgaard as well as John Turturro in it. As notified, its release has been scheduled for June 2021.
