SpiceJet Pilot tests positive for Covid-19

On Sunday SpiceJet announced that one of their pilot got tested positive for COVID-19 and the test report came on March 28 and according to the information he did not operate any international flight in March 2020. Also, he operated his last domestic flight on March 21 from Chennai to Delhi and after that he got quarantined himself at home and all the health care facilities are given to him.

Also the staffs and colleagues who were in contact with him have also been self-quarantined by staying at home for next 14 days

In India 25 of them have died because of COVID-19 till date and more than 970 people have tested positive for COVID-19. The health ministry data shows the accurate number of cases till date.

One spokesperson said that the pilot is under proper medical care with proper measures.

Under this 21-day lockdown the citizens have to remain in home and they have access for essential services. Moreover, this shutdown is basically our country’s effort to control the spread of Covid-19.

This initiative is taken for the safety purpose for our country so that the situation of this coronavirus can be controlled that is why PM did whale 21-day lockdown.
