Seema Samridhi to bring culprits of Hathras to justice, UP CM announces 25 lakhs, a house n a job for the aggrieved family

While there is tremendous outrage over the most dastardly, heinous, grusome gangrape and subsequent murder by four rapists of a nineteen year old girl hailing from the lowest ebb of the society belonging to Dalit community blaming the Uttar Pradesh administration n police, including the chief minister for their lackadisical attitude in handling the critical situation, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh has assured the traumatic parents of the deceased of stictest of punishment to the four human beasts, and financial compensation of Rs 25 lakhs, one house and a job to a member of the bereaved family.

The chief minister Yogi Adityanath had earlier announced the financial compensation of Rs ten lakhs to the bereaved family which has now been enhanced to Rs. twenty five lakhs, with a house n job to a family member. The CM spoke to the aggrieved family today through vedio conferencing and assured them of strongest action against the culprits and enhacing the financial compensation to 25 laks from ten with a house n a job to a member of the family.

Meanwhile the supreme court advocate Seema Samridhi who relentlessly fought the case of Nirbhaya of 2012 unfortunately gangraped in a running bus in Vasant Vihar and brutally killed by six criminals, finally hanged after a protracted legal battle, will be visiting the house of the grief stricken family on Thursday voluntarily declaring to fight the case of Manisha Balmiki to the finish, ensuring death to all the four culprits.

Perhaps, few must be knowing that a year before the tragic Nirbhaya case of 2012, a young innocent girl of Pauri Garhwal Uttarakhand living in Najafgarh, Delhi n the only source of income to the poor family, was brutally murdered by three human beasts with twenty one grievous wounds inflicted on her body, after being gangraped.

The massive protests by the inhabitants of Uttarakhand living in Delhi especially the women n youths led to psycologically convincing the judiciary n the hon’ble session’s court of Dwarka announcing death sentence to the culprits, later on upheld by the high court as well.
The culprits are belived to be still behind bars awaiting the capital punishment.

The Hathras gangrape n subsequent death of the 19 year old girl has created quite a sensitisation and outrage all over the country with people n leaders across party n ideological lines demanding death to the culprits at the earliest.

It is only because of the widespread spontaneous outrage at the pan India level n subsequent coverage in social, print n electronic media that the prime minister of India Narendra Modi thankfully intervened in this tragic case and personally directed the Uttar Pradesh CM to expedite the case and ensure that the culprits are brought to due justice at the earliest as was given to the rapists n murdurers of Nirbhaya of 2012 by hanging them till death.

The UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath has today announced the formation of the SIT led by the UP Home secretary Bhagwan Swaroop n DG Police including an IPS woman officer which will submit its report in a week’s time.

The nationwide protest against the most dastardly attack on the innocent Hathras girl leading to her tortuous death after her obnoxious gangrape has indeed shaken the conscience of one and all nationally further annoying and angering people even more after the victim’s dead body was allegedly not handed over to the grief stricken n badly shattered family as requested by them but instead burnt in the midnight not letting the broken family bid the final emotional adieu to their only girl who according to her crying mother will never come back again, the allegation strongly denied and refuted by rhe concerned senior police officers n the district magistrate.

The Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Bahujan Samaj Party’s supremo Mayawati and people across ideological affiliations have expressed their anger n protests over this unbelievable tragic happening blaming the ruling political dispensation of UP for the incessant deterioration of the law n order situation in the largest state of the country where according to them, not the rule of law but the jungle rule exists.

There is a single demand for fast track judgement with capital punishment to the four human beasts responsible for the most obnoxious act of gangraping a girl and breaking her neck including chopping off her tongue, the allegations strongly refuted by the police.

It may be recalled that the girl was brutally gangraped n thereafter beaten allegedly fracturing her neck n slitting the tongue by four criminals in a Hathras village who had gone to help her mother cutting grass.

The profusely bleeding girl in acute pains n fully unconscious, was immediately taken to the police station from where she was ferried to a local hospital but was later on shifted to Delhi’s Safdarjung hospital where she unfortunately succumbed to her grievous injuries after being on ventilater for two weeks. Om Shanti.
