Rebel Sachin Pilot n his group get relief from High Court

The former deputy chief minister of Rajasthan, now devoid of the post n rebel Congress leader Sachin Pilot n his entire loyalist lawmakers who stood with him rock solid during his thick n thin have been given tremendous relief by the Rajasthan High Court.

Their status quo remains intact and therefore Pilot n his loyalists have heaved a great sigh of relief. JUST YESTERDAY THE APEX COURT OF India had also not entertained the the petition filed by the Rajasthan Assembly speaker requesting for giving its valued decision. The Hon’ble supreme Court has turned downed the petition saying that it should be dealt with by the High Court only as the matter is already in the state court.

These both the decisions are a huge rebuff to the Rajasthan’s incumbent CM Ashok Gehlot who’d in the recent past accused his bete noire Pilot of hobnobbing with the BJP n trying to topple his government. He also pronounced him as NIKKAMMA, NAKKARA, a worthless n of no use person who had literally done nothing for the organisation or people of the state during the last 7 years while holding the state Congress chief’s post.

Now after issuing the decision favouring Sachin Pilot n his loyalist lawmakers by the Rajasthan high court , there has been no indication about the future date as to till when would this status quo remain intact.

Meanwhile it is learnt that the Supreme Court will also give its verdict on Monday whether the Rajasthan Assembly speaker Joshi can execute action against the rebel leader Pilot n his loyal MLAs or not.

It may be recalled that the Pilot group had filed a petition in the Rajasthan High Court against the State Assembly speaker Joshi who had issued notices to all the rebel Congress MLAs asking them to respond in writing, the reasons about their not attending the official CLP meetings in Jaipur to extend support to Gehlot government thus violating the party whip n the norms of anti defection law. In the notices the speaker had FURTHER WARNED the rebel MLAs that in case they fail to comply with the party descipline n do not reply satisfactorily n suitably they would be devoid of their Membership of the Assembly.
