He shared pictures of himself in a white hospital gown with tubes and pipes and photos of a positive Covid test and X-rays. He revealed that he had a double Covid attack in 2 weeks. This got worse when accompanied by influenza and a deep pneumonia attack.
He is now being treated in London after being flown from Mexico, where he was imprisoned. His flight accompanied two doctors who provided mid-air medical assistance. The flight was provided by VistaJet, who he thanked. “Thank u to all at @vistajet for going the extra mile. I am extremely grateful to all. Love to all. Big hug”, he wrote in the post’s caption.
Lalit also mentioned gratitude and love for his son, Ruchir Modi. He gave a shout-out to his “superstar super-efficient son who did so much for me back in London,” according to Modi’s direct quote.
