Kejriwal assures Delhites free innoculation of Covid 19 vaccines

The union health minister Dr. Harshvardhan had already announced that the vaccine against Covid 19 would be distributed to all the citizens of the country free of costs with initially three crore Corona warriors to be innoculated with Covishield n Covaxin, given the green signal by the union govt.

The vaccine is likely to be innoculated from 16 th January with the roll out already initiated in over 14 states of the country. About 27 crore people above the age of fifty and below fifty with cormorbities will be innoculated thereafter which may start from July. However, the Delhi chief minister seems to be apprehensive and assures Delhites that in the national capital all will be innoculated the vaccine free of cost, if the government charges for it.

He alerts people against any misinformation in this regard as few days ago there were rumours about people in Delhi to be charged for vaccine in social media.

Kejrival appealed to everyone not to spread any rumour or misinformation with regard to the Covid vaccine and said that he had appealed to centre to provide vaccines to all, free of cost.

As per the news he added if the centre dosen’t do it the state govt will provide free vaccine to all.

He lauded the efforts n initiatives of the central govt n scientists for strictly following n adhering to all the precautions, safeguards n protocols before giving clearence to the Covid 19 vaccines.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival on Wednesday visited the house of deceased doctor after being infected with Covid in Karkardooma despensary while treating the Covid patients.

He paid tributes n condolences to the bereaved family n presented a cheque of Rs. 1 crore and assurance of govt job to his anguished n traumatic wife. Dr Hitesh Gupta’s family lives in IP Extention.
