I am a bigger farmer than Rakesh Tikaith and own double the farm lands than him says BJP MLA from Ghaziabad, ridicules Tikaith of going anywhere getting Rs 2000

While the farmers movement is gaining tremendous strength with thousands of farmers joining BKU leader Rakesh Tikaith at Ghazipur Delhi border in full strength their number increasing day by day, extending their pivotal support to the ongoing movement having crossed two months, the Bhartiya Janata Party lawmaker from Ghaziabad Nand Kishore Gurjar has castigated the Bhartiya Kisan Union leader saying that he is misguiding the farmers of the country and has to seek apology from farmers n countrymen.

Speaking to media BJP leader has given quite a controversial statement saying that though I respect Mahendra Singh Tikait’s family but Rakesh Tikaith has stopped so low that he goes anywhere if paid Rs 2000 as some people utter. This is not good but rather unfortunate he added. This is not done for Tikaith claiming to be a national leader of farmers said BJP lawmaker Gurjar. Tomorrow he will say that he has been attacked by terrorists.

This is not acceptable. Creating Bawaal and riotous situation is not permissible. The movement should go on peacefully he added. Claiming himself to be a bigger n rich farmer And Kishore Gurjar said I am also a farmer but Rakesh Tikaith is not a bigger farmer than me.

He doesn’t even have half of the agricultural fields or farm lands as compared to my land holdings. He should seek apology said Gurjar. He has divided the farmers and history will not excuse them for the anti national work done by them to defame the farmers. On being questioned as to from what angle does he view the farmers agitation and dharna, the BJP MLA Gurjar responded asking, who says it’s a farmers movement ?

There are merely four people belonging to political parties sitting there. Today there are political party workers in this dharna, they can be mazdoors, Kisans n political workers ? On being asked whether he had appealed the farmers to vacate the Dharna Sthal forcibly, Gurjar responded in flat NO but adding that the government is fully aware of the conspiracy involved in this movement n those responsible will be dealt with severely.

According to a vedio of BJP MLA posted with his tweet, Alok Pandey wrote: And Kishore Gurjar@BJP for UP MLA from Ghaziabad, accused the farmers of trying to breakup the Ghazipur protest last week( he denies) attacks @Rakesh TikaitBKU saying the BKU leader is not a bigger farmer than him and more…….

It may be recalled that there are news reports including pictures of barbed wire massive barricades at the Ghazipur n Singhu borders inviting tremendous opposition from several leaders of the anti BJP opposition parties in and outside parliament. Right from boycotting of the presidential address on the first day of the opening of the budget session to tweets condemning erection of heavy barricades at Delhi borders by AAP leader Sanjay Singh, MP and Rahul, Priyanka Gandhi, several leaders of INLD Abhay Choutala after resigning from his assembly seat in Haryana has visited Ghazipur and personally met Rakesh Tikaith to extend his whole hearted support to the ongoing agitation of farmers. The Rashtriya Lok Dal leader Ajit Singh and his son who is the chief of RLD Jayant Singh had also visiyed Ghazipur n extended his party’s unconditional support followed by deputy CM Delhi Manish Sisodia, Uttarakhand Congress chief Pritam Singh, Arvind Kejrival and several other leaders. Today Rakesh Tikaith was invited to a massively attended Panchayat in Haryana and assured of their total unconditional support. The farmers leader Rakesh Tikaith has given a call to the farmers of the country to be fully prepared to continue the agitation till October for now in case the central government doesn’t withdraw the three contentious agricultural laws and bring a new law on MSP.
