Hindu Vahini Sena sprinkles ink on AAP MLA Somnath Bharti, sent in 14 days judicial custody

Political analysts say that it seems that the saffron party a die hard enemy of Aam Admi Party is extremely afraid n critical of the former’s increasing political influence. That’s the reason that after first sprinkling ink on the face of the AAP’s outspoken Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh and deputy speaker of Delhi assembly Rakhi Bidlan in Hathras when both of them had gone their to meet the gangraped n brutally lynched 19 year old girl, another senior MLA of AAP Somnath Bharti was inked by a member of Hindu Vahini Sena at Bareilly outside a guest house where he had gone to visit a government school to know about its status and the education being imparted to the students today.

Sounds shocking indeed say AAP protagonists, as few days ago in December the AAP MP Sanjay Singh and Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia were stopped on the way prohibiting them to visit a UP government school in Lucknow with the AAP leaders complaining that it’s their constitutional democratic right to move freely anywhere, in any place of the country, peacefully but of no avail.

What’s most shocking, anguishing and surprising is the fact that the AAP MLA who was allegedly inked n insulted had been arrested and sent to 14 days judicial custody by UP government say the AAP leaders and supporters for no fault of his.

According to latest news AAP leader advocate Somnath Bharti had been arrested for allegedly making derogatory remarks amounting to promoting enmity between groups referring to chief minister Yogi Adityanath and state hospitals the police said. According to the purported vedio clip it showed the AAP MLA saying in Hindi: Children are being born in hospitals but they are of dogs.

The several Aap leaders including the chief minister Delhi and national convenor of AAP Arvind Kejrival, deputy CM Delhi Manish Sisodia, AAP’s MLAs Atishi Marlena, Raghav Chadha etc have condemned this incident in strongest possible terms through series of tweets today. The Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival tweeted : Yogiji, Our @attornybharti was going to visit a school in UP. Got ink sprinkled on him and got him arrested. @yogiadityanthji, are your schools in so bad shapes ? If anyone visits your schools, why do you get so scared? Resurrect your schools, can’t do, ask Manish Sisodia tweeted Arvind Kejrival.

Similarly, Delhi’s deputy CM n education minister Manish Sisodia tweeted : Our MLA @attornybharti visiting a school was attacked and then arrested. @yogiadityanathji when I had visited your state to see a school, I was also stopped. The conditions of your schools are so bad that you have to stop us by using the police tweeted Manish Sisodia.

Extremely angered and furious AAP MLA Atishi Marlena tweeted : Shocking! An attack on @ attornybharti while he was enroute to visiting a UP school. And instead of arresting attackers@myyogiadityanath govt has taken@attornybharti into custody! it’s time @myyogiadityanath should start improving schools tweeted Atishi.

It may be recalled that the issue of worsening conditions of schools in BJP ruled states like Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh are being exclusively highlighted by AAP, and in comparison highlighting the Delhi Kejrival model of improved schools n development and challenging the BJP CMs n ministers to come and debate with them.

In Uttarakhand the deputy CM had challenged its BJP minister to debate with Deputy CM Manish Sisodia at Dehradun but he backed out despite his commitment to do so speaking from horses mouth that the BJP govt of Uttarakhand has worked on more than hundred developmental projects not only five as Manish Sisodia has challenged them to just count five developmental works by them during their four year old tenure. The AAP has announced that it is fighting on all the seats in the next assembly elections in both these states.
