Harish Rawat throws Malta Khaao competition and party at his Rajpur house in Dehradun

The former CM of Uttarakhand n national general secretary of Congress Harish Rawat’s local delicious food and fruits party enticing hundreds of friends n party workers and leaders as usual is still on, with the former CM today organising a grand MALTA KHAO COMPETITION and a party of Kandeli ka saag’s Pakori ( fritters) , jaggery of Laksar and tea, beans vegetable with RESHAM MAAJRI, guvava’s delicious preparation including of Arbi vegetable etc at his Rajpur Road bungalow at Dehradun.

This trend of organising lunch and dinner parties in Delhi and Uttarakhand by Harish Rawat has proved to be trend setter with several politicians following suit but not successful as the former Uttarakhand CM had been in his delicious indigenous Uttarakhand meals’ parties enticing hundreds of his friends, followers, mediamen, lawmakers n party workers exchanging pleasentaries and winning their hearts.

Veteran politician and former union minister, CM Uttarakhand and national general secretary of AICC n member CWC Harish Rawat despite being eighty years old is quite active and mobile in national and Uttarakhand politics with also being in extremely good books of Gandhi family.

His Uttarakhand dishes’ parties have become popular in Uttarakhand n Delhi with even people n leaders from other parties attending them.

The Malta ( bloody orange) khao competition and local Uttarakhand dishes party at his Rajpur House at Dehradun has also seen his arch political detractor n Uttarakhand Congress president Pritam Singh and several MLAs attending it and also participating in this interesting MALTA COMPETITION.

According to the latest tweet of Harish Rawat : The inauguration of the Eat Malta ( bloody orange) competition was done by MLA Manoj Rawat n Ex MLA Ganesh Godiyal. In all about 29 competitors had participated in this competition. In the men’s catagory Mr. Shivaji Tiwar has won the competition by eating 46 bloddy oranges ( Malta) tweeted Harish Rawat.

It may be recalled that the intercine squabbles within Congress in Dehradun between the present Congress chief Pritam Singh and former Uttarakhand CM are well known with the Harish Rawat supported MLAs projecting him as the prospective CM face of Uttarakhand in the assembly elections of Uttarakhand due for 2022.

There had been war of words between Pritam Singh and Harish Rawat camps, having come in the open in media with the anti Harish Rawat camp having serious reservations with regard to his ( Harish Rawat’s) intervention in the Congress politics of the hilly state despite his becoming the national general secretary AICC with Punjab charge and also nominated to the highest decision making body of Congress CWC.

In today’s Malta Khaao competition the attendance have been extremely good with few hundred trade unionists, politicians, party workers, local leaders, of pro and anti camps attending it happily n enjoying the show.
