Died of fracture in the neck not rape says the FSL report

The ADG of Uttar Pradesh police Mr. Prashant Kumar has revealed that as per the post mortem report, the innocent Hathras girl was not raped. She died due to the fracture in her neck. Sounds shocking as it was the same police which was first refuting that the girl was injured in the neck n spine. The police said that some people tried to twist the incident giving it a caste n political colour who will not be spared legally.

According to a brief news report published in ” Outlook India” quoting ANI, the victim died due to the neck Injury. Quoting IPS and ADG law and order, UP, Prashant Kumar the report says : According to the postmortem report, the victim died due to the neck injury.

FSL report hasn’t found sperm in samples making it clear that some people twisted the matter to stir caste based tension.

Such people would be identified n legal action taken against them said Prashant Kumar.

It may be recalled that as per news the 19 year old Hathras girl was allegedly gangraped and her neck as well as the spinal chord fractured by the rapists.

She died in Safdarjung hospital after 15 days succumbing to the grievous injuries. She was on ventilator.

Meanwhile, there are reports of former Congress president Rahul Gandhi being pushed n hit by police while on the way to Hathras to meet the traumatic family of the Hathras girl. Both Priyanka n Rahul Gandhi were not allowed to go ahead as 144 CRPC was imposed not allowing the movement of more than four people.
