There is yet another sad news. A tall n handsome Bollywood actor of the nineties n late 2000, son of actor Yusuf Khan, a muscleman actor of Bollywood, having acted in more than 37 Bollywood movies with almost all actors like Shashi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Vinod Khanna etc especially in Amar Akbar Anthony etc has breathed his last today in a Bangaluru hospital after his prolonged illness from severe lung infection. Faraaz had acted in Fareb with Rani Mukherjee n Mehandi in 1990s, thereafter on television shows like Achanak 37 saal baad, Sandoor Tere Naam Ka, Neeli Ankhen etc and gave a first ever golden break / opportunity to super star Salman Khan in super duper hit “Maine Pyar Kiya” in 1989 when Faraz Khan fell seriously ill and could not become the hero of this movie, giving opportunity to Salman Khan to be its Hero.

This sad news was revealed by actress Pooja Bhatt today through her tweet: She wrote: With a heavy heart I break the news that #FaraazKhan has left us for what I believe, is a better place. Gratitude to all for your help & good wishes when he needed it most. Please keep his family in your thoughts & prayers. The void he has left behind will be impossible to fill

Faraaz Khan was hospitalised for several months in Bengaluru private hospital undergoing treatment for severe lungs infection on ventilator.

The hospital expenses for his treatment were evaluated at Rs twenty five lakhs beyond the reach of his anguished family. His brother raised funding by posting the matter in social media.

The Bollywood actress Pooja Bhatt took the cudgels in her hand and appealed to the Bollywood to help Faraaz by donating generously, as a result, out of Rs. 25 lakh expenses required for the actor’s treatment, Rs 15 lakhs were donated by Bollywood fraternity.

There was also a news about Salman Khan having borne the entire medical expenses of Faraaz Khan’s treatment.

However, few days ago there was a news about the actor’s health condition improving and his fans heaved a great sigh of relief but today’s news of the handsome actor of the late nineties n 2000 having died after protracted treatment at the age of merely 47 years, has sent shock news across Bollywood and the country.
