Kapil Dev is recovering fast after angioplasty

Legendary cricketer n former India cricket captain who bagged first world cup for India in 1983 is in stable health condition after undergoing successful coronary angioplasty on Friday midnight in reputed Okhla Fortis Escorts hospital after suffering from heart attack.

Kapil Dev today through a tweet thanked all his friends, well wishers n cricket lovers for their good wishes n informed about his stable health condition. In a tweet he wrote: Thank you everyone for all the love and concern. I am ovwewhelmed with the good wishes and well on the road of recovery.

After the news of legendary captain and eminent cricketer spread there were numerous good wishes n prays for his speedy recovery on their respective twitter handles by Harsha Bhogle, Virat Kohli, Madan lal, Chetan Sharma, Karsan Ghavri, Saina Nehwal, Salman Khan, Ranvir Singh n Shahrukh Khan etc. Prominent cricketer Chetan Sharma released first pic from Escorts Fortis hospital showing Kapil Dev in a cheerful mood alongwith her smiling daughter Amya sitting by his side.

Chetan Sharma had released Kapil Dev’s picture with a tweet informing about his stable health condition post coronary angioplasty.

Renowned Badminton player Sania Nehwal tweeted : Wishing you speedy recovery sir. Bollywood actor Ranvir Singh who’ve offered a role to Kapil Dev in his movie with Deepika Padukone playing Ranvir’s wife in the movie n Amya also acting has tweeted wishing speedy recovery of legendary allrounder Kapil Dev writing : The Legend @therealkapildev embodies strength and resilience. Praying for a speedy recovery of my main man.

Bollywood’s superstar Shahrukh Khan tweeted : Get well sooner than soon Paaji@therealkapildev wishing you a speedy recovery as fast as your bowling n batting. Love to you sir tweeted Shahrukh Khan.
