28 Corona warriors infected with Covid 19 in Dehradun and Tehri out of total 101 detected during the last 24 hrs in Uttarakhand
Uttarakhand detected 101 cases of dreaded Covid 19 during the 24 hours with 28 Corona warriors infected from Tehri Garhwal and the capital city of Uttarakhand, Dehradun. After detection of these 101 cases the total tally of the hill state has now reached to 2278 numbers with 1433 total recoveries. After 1433 recovered cases the active cases are now merely 833.
The total number of Covid 19 deaths are too, 27 only. Keeping in view the exploding number of cases in various states of the country especially in Maharahtra and Delhi where dreaded Corona virus disease has spiralled tremendously crossing more than a lakh and 25 thousand numbers with Delhi having 43000 cases n about three thousand cases rising in every twenty four hours, the condition in Uttarakhand is quite satisfactory.
But if we compare the testing numbers of Covid 19 with rest of the states, Uttarakhand is far behind n this may be one of the prime reasons for the less numbers of Covid19 patients in the state.
However, the Uttarakhand government is quite serious n strict in not allowing outsidersto enter the state conveniently.
The outsiders if enter the state are first quarantined for 7 to 14 days in government quarantine centres followed by 14 days self isolation in their own houses.
According to the 3.00 PM bulletin about 10343 persons are in quarantine centres in various locations in Uttarakhand.
Out of the total tests 45 thousand 131 persons were found negative since the last three months and the testing Covid 19 reports of 4308 persons is expected.
About 1279 persons have been tested today n the report is expected in a few days. There have been complaints of delayed reports of Covid 19 tests taking several days.
Out of the total tests , 1571 persons were found negative with 101 cases positive, the total tally has now reached to 2278 numbers. The doubling rate in Uttarakhand is 18 days.
Meanwhile the renowned social activist of Dehradun n former DG of 108 Ambulance service Anoop Nautiyal has prayed for the expeditious recovery of the Corona warriors who according to him are the real prophet like messengers of 1.5 crore Uttarakhandies, saving the lives of people suffering from dreaded pandemic by virtue of their hard work, sincerety n dedication.
