16 Garhwal Rifles’ Subedar Swatantra Singh of Pauri Garhwal martyred at LOC in J&K while retaliating to the enemy forces’ cease fire violations

India Army is losing one after another several brave hearts and dare devils who are leaving no stone unturned to safeguard our borders at the LOC and LAC fighting enemy forces and enemy sponsored hardcore terrorists, hell bent upon transgressing our borders clandestinely to create instability n disturbances inside our territories claiming several innocent lives as well .

Till now Pakistan has executed more than 425 ceasefire violations throwing to winds all the past peace n bilateral defence agreements between both the nations.

The India Army brave hearts are valiantly fighting the enemy forces at the LOC killing Pak sponsored terrorists as well as their troopers and also demolishing n destroying their military camps, fuel dumps, arms n ammunitions in massive quantity demoralising coward Pakistan n expansionist China.

So far hundreds of terrorists have been killed n brought to justice including number of Pak soldiers n officers as well.

Few days ago the India Army had strongly retaliated the Pakistan ceasefire violation at the LOC and foiled attempts to infilterate Pak sponsored terrorists killing 7 Pak troopers, injuring eleven n destroying massive quantity of Arms n Ammunitions including fuel dumps and military posts n installations.

But unfortunately two Indian Army Jawans were martyred today at the LOC while valiantly foiling the terrorists infilteration attempts and retaliating the enemy military violations.

One of the martyred Subedar with valour of 16 Garhwal Rifles is Subedar Swatantra Singh who laid down his precious life while valiantly fighting the enemy forces at Poonch Sector, in Jammu n Kashmir, Line of Control bravely countering the ceasefire violation of enemy forces.

Subedar Swatantra Singh originally hailed from village Oriyari, district Pauri Garhwal. The news of the martyrdom of Subedar Swatantra Singh has sent shock waves in entire Uttarakhand with the family n villagers in extremely anguished state demanding revenge from coward Pakistan .

The chief minister of Uttarakhand Trivendra Singh Rawat has expressed his immense grief n shock over the untimely pasing away of Subedar Swatantra Singh of 16 Garhwal Rifles while bravely fighting the enemy forces safeguarding our borders at Poonch in Jammu n Kashmir.

He extended his salutations to Swantra Singh for his supreme sacrifice in the service of the nation in the line of duty.

Chief minister of Uttarakhand Trivendra Singh Rawat in his condolense message said that while on the one hand we are proud of the supreme sacrifices of our brave soldiers for the nation, on the other hand we are badly anguished n in grief losing them at such a young age.

Praying to Almighty to render peace to the departed soul n render strengthbto the aggreived family to bear this irreperable loss. The state government is in complete solidarity with the traumatised family. Jai Hind. Om Shanti
